They are super incompetent and have a D- rating from BBB. They may have killed my Frenchie. Never take your pet there!

I came to Blue Pearl at 4 am in a panic due to my cat Frijole having constipation problems. They were able to help and didn’t try to give me unnecessary extra charges. The vet Ellie, and the nurse up front (I wish I got her name, she has red hair) were very helpful and sweet. Very understanding and did not look down upon me for over reacting. Big animal lovers who understand empathy. I felt comfortable handing my fur baby over and was confident they were genuine. This overnight staff is amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience at blue pearl. My dog was 2 weeks post-op cancer surgery. Over Thanksgiving weekend he developed a red rash hot to the touch, stopped eating, drinking, had a swollen and raw paw and muzzle, and his eyes were swollen almost shut. The tech who did his triage was friendly and concerned. When we finally saw Dr Levine he had apparently decided before he came into the exam room (alone) that we were not worthy of his time. He did not examine my dog. His priority was lecturing me about my inappropriate visit to the clinic. We left without treatment because I had no trust in him. I would discourage anyone from using blue pearl.

We were traveling and our 2 yr old got sick.took her in and they were very compassionate and got her on the right track medicine.hydrated.couple of shots and we were on the way with a happy and much better feeling fur baby.

Our Doberman, Magnolia was bit by an Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake. She recieved 2 rounds of anti-venom (They were the only emergency vet near us who had it, we drove over an hour). After an overnight stay she was sent home with medications. Her swelling is finally starting to go down & she has stayed her happy cuddling self throughout this entire ordeal! We are extremely thankful for Dr. Levine & the staff for saving our sweet girl's life!

Needed to get my cocker spaniel evaluated for bladder stones (hx.of them) after hours on a holiday week.
They took care of everything I needed and communicated with our regular vet.
The facility is state of the art!

Excellent, thorough care for my pup. Expensive as hell but you really do get what you paid for. I’m glad they are here for care needed above & beyond my local vet.

I went in on thanksgiving night with my dog who was throwing up and shaking. My dog is very nervous and usually runs from people but Ellie slowly came up and was very calm with him. He ended up going up and smelling her which was amazing since he rarely does that with people. She really helped him to feel more comfortable and I appreciate that so much. The doctor was also great and they ended up getting the job done way quicker than expected. I really appreciate all the hard work they do!

My little dog had a bad reaction to a bee sting. She was wheezing, vomiting, and had horrible diarrhea within minutes. Blue Pearl, Dr Levine specifically, took such good care of her. I can’t say thank you enough.

Very friendly workers they took care of my Sage (dog) with care. They have fair pricing and made sure to inform me of tips for recovery.

Dr Scroggin is amazing! He is kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable and very informative. He treats his patients as if they’re the most important doggie in the world!

Very professional staff. The vet was very understanding at what was going on with my dog. I wish I could have afforded everything they recommended but I could not. So they made sure I had all the info.

Had to go here (Ft Myers) for my older dog who had trouble going to the bathroom, and right from the start, they were all amazing. Zoraida greeted us at 11: 30 pm with a caring smile, and then Sonia came out to evaluate our dog. Sonia was incredible! She was so caring and sympathetic to our dog and us, it was comforting to her and us. Sonia has a great personality and disposition for her job. We felt they were truly giving our dog the best care and sympathy of the situation. While we waited in the waiting room for the doctor (Brittany Hayes who was amazing as well!) Zoraida got up from the front desk, and mopped the floors and made sure the areas were clean and dry before she went back to her desk. That was great to see that they keep the entire office clean and neat. Dr. Hayes gave us a couple of options for treatment and helped us make a decision for what was best for Zadie. Even though the visit was not what we wanted, we knew our girl was in good hands with everyone at Ft Myers Blue Pearl. Thank you ladies!

Refused my dog care. Would not even give me a list of local vets in the area. Hospital has responded to my review and they lied. I was told they can not reqimend or even give me a list of local vets because they can not show favoritism because they get most of there business from referrals. I was not told this from the front desk but from a nurse in the back examine room. Nurses where verbally condescending, abrasive and there posture and tone of voice was aggressive to me and my dog.

We didn’t have a good experience at the Fort Myers location. My dog had puppies and we were concerned she had bit the umbilical cord too close and that there was a possible 4th puppy still coming. They took the mother dog did an X-ray and informed me she was done, no more puppies. When the vet came out to speak to me I asked her if she was going to check the puppy, her immediate response was “I’m not a repro Dr.and so if something is wrong I can’t do anything. “ if that is an emergency hospital they should be able to treat and or stabilize in any situation. My main concern was the puppy, they should have informed me when I first called and told them we were on our way that they would not be treating the puppy. I could have waited till my regular vets office hours to check on mom. Thankfully and no thanks to the vet on duty both Mom and Puppies are fine.

Staff always friendly. The vets are so professional they will answer ur questions. They will be very kind to ur family pets.

Dr Aldrich and her staff were professional and caring during the treatment of our dog, Chloe. We are glad we took her to BluePearl for her surgery.

We came in at 2: 30am for a bite wound. They took care of my Thor in 30 minutes we were in and out! I appreciate everyone handling us with such compassion! Thank you so much!
