Beautiful place and very modern, I like it, sadly the only person that helps you here is the counter lady, I wanted a pre own vichel, told me go to the second floor, got to the second floor, nobody at all help me, they too busy having coffee or eating at 4 pm, they just sitting there watching me while I was looking for a car.
I really wanted to buy a Pre owned BMW, but well they too busy. Mercedes benz treat me way better. And they just 5 minutes away.

What a refreshing experience this was. Michael K.and the entire staff at BMW of Fort Lauderdale definitely went above and beyond my normal "dealership" expectations. Michael K.was very upfront and got me a first price right over the phone. He never pushed me to come in or try any of the regular tactics. I am already bringing a family member over to hopefully buy a car from Michael and I would recommend anyone I know to do the same.

I went last year since I had a recall on an airbag, I was told the airbag was not in stock and is coming from Germany and I will get notified by the sales person who was assigned to me asap - well, it is 2018. This gives BMW a bad name or maybe because I didn't get the car from this dealership and it is an older model - just a shame! This is not how customer service should be, a big NO NO

They are very slow and not enough workers. They kept me on hold for like 15mins to get a quote for a part and when I showed up to buy took another 30mins before I could be seen.
