Had an issue with the lights not turning off when the car was turned off causing battery to die. Costed $1000 to fix. Same issue occurring 2 months later, now say something else and want another $1000. Spoke with Albert (Alby). ComoleCo scan if you asked me

The new two-story building is awesome. When you want to test drive they just take you in an elevator and their inventory is connected right to their showroom. They offer a lot of test driving options.

I truly have nothing but good things to say about my experience at BMW of Fort Lauderdale with a special thank you to my sales rep-Renzo. His willingness to spend time with me and his ability to give me options showed he cared. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to this dealership and to make sure they are dealt with by Renzo. Everyone, however, was professional and helpful. They also have a beautiful showroom!

Terrible experience today. I had my car serviced last week and I came today to check out the inventory and because I came with two friends and we were at the snack bar the manager himself came to me and said not to come back. What customer cannot enjoy the remedies that BMW offers especially after the expensive service they charge. What a shame of a manager the dealership has

I can’t recommend these guys at all. I called their parts department with a part number and whomever I spoke to was rude and incompetent. I understand this is South Florida and customer service is an afterthought down here, but seriously? Mumbling on the phone and then yelling at a customer when asked to clarify is simply unacceptable. I’ll order my parts online, thank you very much.

To think I was considering going here to buy my next car. Yeah. No thanks.

I had very pleasant experience with my recent purchase. The whole transaction took less than 4 hours, including a trade-in evaluation and financing process. All is straight forward and hassle free, and the customer service is great. My sales guy is Renzo, super nice.

Contact Frank Fulzer for all your needs at Pembroke Pines Lauderale BMW! He made this process quick and painless. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even took the time (went out of his way) to help us set up the car (bluetooth, radio, seats etc) when there wasn't a 'genius' member available to help us. We will definitely continuing leasing and working with Frank! 100% recommended!

11/19/14: Having been to dozens and dozens of dealerships over the last two years this is by far absolutely the best experience I have ever had. From the sales man Frank Gicca to his boss the service was five stars. Frank has given me amazing advice on how to save on the lease of my 2015 435i coupe that was unparalleled by the advice from other dealers. What has truly amazed me was his endless patience and uncommon professionalism and respect towards his customers. He has successfully fielded a barrage of questions spanning technical, financial, and insurance industries. His honesty was so refreshing, I began to think he should have become a doctor or social worker. He has never displayed frustration or fatigue in answering these sometimes dumb, other times very technical questions. When he didn't know, he made it known, and has spent hours trying to find the answer from respected sources. His demeanor and smile has made this sometimes frustrating process a pleasure. More importantly, the discount he has given me was extremely aggressive compared to the industry standard. The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend Frank Gicca and Fort Lauderdale BMW to anyone in South Florida region. Positively absolutely the best!

12/20/17: I had been to dozens of dealerships, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, etc, and had met with numerous sales people. Frank Gicca still stands out with his humble, friendly, respectful, and honest disposition. He is very patient and never felt bothered with my questions and numerous changes in what type of car I wanted. Incredible patience. I returned to him for my second car after he put me into a lease with 435i in November 2014, giving me an amazing deal. I fell in love with the car. When my lease was coming to an end, I decided to get a 440 grand coupe and asked Frank Gicca to custom order one for me. He did everything right and with supreme courtesy and patience and, very importantly, outstanding deal for a 36 months lease. So, now I am in a 2018 gran coupe and I love it even more than my 2015 435i coupe. Frank is a peoples person and I will be back for a new car in couple of years, hopefully fully electric by then.
Another person who I found to be honest and a simply decent man is Andrew Werner from the Financial Dept. I found his honesty and patience to be very refreshing. He is looking out for your best interests, which is remarkable in this industry. The Sales, Financing, and Service divisions of BMW of Fort Lauderdale are A+ and I recommend all of them without any reservations. There is simply nothing negative I found about my experience with this group over the past 37 months. Keep up the excellent work.

Best experience ever in getting a new BMW! From start to finish Christian (my sales person for life) was very helpful to help me select the options that I wanted and took his time explaining features that I was not sure about. I also got to meet the General Manager, Steve, who made me feel very welcome and was very helpfull in getting me a great deal. Don't get a BMW until you see these guys! You wont regret it on every level. Thanx guys

I had the privilege of being referred to Quentin Jarlson and I could honestly say he has been the best! I live far from the dealership and I wanted to make sure everything was perfect and ready so when I were to drive up to the dealership everything will be a breeze. I have never met anyone so friendly and courteous. Quentin made sure everything went smoothly and delivered everything as promised. I recommend anyone who would want to get top of the line customer service and deals to ask for him. I promise you will not be dissapointed. I am extremely happy with the service I received and my car and I owe it to him. Thank you!

I highly recommend BMW of Fort Lauderdale and Gabriel Camel (sales) to everyone. I visited this dealership after already visiting two other BMW locations in South Florida. Gabriel and the management team were totally professional and efficient at all times. We intelligently and efficiently discussed pricing and financing options with mutual respect and courtesy at all times. The Finance Manager was equally professional and straightforward and we covered all the issues and paperwork efficiently with transparency. In addition, they just moved into a new location which is beautiful! I also visited their service center which is equally modern, comfortable and efficient. Top notch team!
