They have a horrible return policy, i asked if this was my book and came with class and still got the wrong book

Extremely unprofessional how they run the bookstore. Students depend on the reliability of accurate information. I called and asked if they had a book, I made sure to ask that they specially have the book in that store because I was going to drive from Miami to rent it. I get to the store and they are completely out of the book, for purchase or rental.they have childish kids answering the phone and running this bookstore. So lazy to not even look or know what's their inventory.

They are always very nice, and will tell you straight whether you may or may not need the book, or to check back later. Getting cash for goods is also seamless.
