I have just driven away from Braman Hyundai Miami in my absolute dream car! I'd been looking & searching for a certain color combo on a Genesis G70. No such luck. Well.somethin was lookin out because I came around to meet Ian Ramirez. This guy.lemme tell ya about this guy.he looked through inventory aft inventory (instead of having me do it) & would send me pics of some choices he would find. Until.until. BOOM! He found it! My dream on 4 wheels. Ian is so great. He schooled me on so many features on my new "baby" that I wouldn't have found for months He is kind, very knowledgeable & patient. My deal wasn't an easy & quick one however he smiled the whole way through. He stuck w me the entire way. Ian is definitely my car guy! You should make him yours too! Thanks Ian

The Cadillac service is always great, relatively cheap (at least what I’ve been quoted for standard maintenance everytime I’ve been there), and arguably the cleanest showroom in all Dade County. Luis Reyes in Cadillac sales is professionalism personified and Manny Rodriguez in Hyundai sales was also very helpful. Highly recommend both dealerships and their service department!

Service was poor. I had to come in the next day because my “oil” check light went on. Turns out they did not screw it well. I have no confidence they did a complete check of the vehicle which cost me 500 bucks

They sell crashed and damaged cars, I bought a Certified preowned bmw and they hide an accident on the car, now they dont the care of me. Dont buy cars from Braman, the worst customer service in the USA
