They placed a hard inquiry while I specifically asked if a soft credit to be used for an estimate (and the sales rep stated with confidence he would only place a soft inquiry).

It's just now getting off of my credit report.

Can't trust any of these dealerships in Miami.

I got a Mini JCW and it was a whole process to find the right fit, but their team at BMW/Mini was highly professional in researching the best possible deals. There were ups and downs in our search, but this tragedy had a happy ending!
I do not know how they work in the other Braman dealerships, but the Mini one is top of the line in terms of service.
They're open to debate and investigate every option thoroughly before laying out the cards in front of you: No tricks & straight shooting.

If you're shopping for a car, I strongly recommend you look for Sergio Garcia, he knows his stuff both in the economics and performance of the vehicles that they showcase. He was a lifeline to the whole story and I'm so happy he pulled through!

I just purchased a 2018 BMW X2 from here and the salesman that helped make our visit so easy and enjoyable was Amir Moayeri. We went in with no real pressure to walk out with something, we were just looking to test drive a few different vehicles and keep our options open. Amir approached us and was very direct and straight forward, he asked us what we wanted and what we needed. We were also very direct with him about what we were looking for. He gave us a deal we could not turn down and we walked out with close to a fully loaded vehicle in the color we wanted and paying less than we were paying for our old vehicle. We really appreciated having someone who was not there to sell us everything and more and was just looking to get us what we wanted quickly and easily.
