They don't have a person on staff that can do an inspection for the WDO, and don't have any one in custom service that gives recommendations for someone else to use. I called them back to let them know that the number they gave me was for animal removal, not pest control. They didn't pickup the call, hung up instead.

We decided to use Turner b/c the former house owners used Turner. After the initial inspection by Turner in September 2020, we choose to get the whole package, termite, pest, and lawn service. We opted for the lawn service because we had a very nice lush, green lawn we wanted to maintain. Within the lawn there were just few weeds starting up here and there and one area of grass, 2x8 feet, that started to rapidly brown and we knew we wanted expert treatment before it spread. When the tech came out to look at the lawn, he said the one 2x8 area that was browning was maybe cinch bug or brown patch and told us he would treat it, asked us to rake out the dead grass and rake in a bag of topsoil to that area. He told us that by us doing that and with his treatment, the area would fill in on its own. We have now had the service for 6 months and the area of the lawn that was a 2x8 issue is now a 20x25 foot issue, of which is still spreading and the dead areas are filling in with dollar weed. The rest of the lawn is also in poor condition, mixed shades greens, and full of all sorts of weeds. See attached images. I COULD NOT BE MORE DISPLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE. We have personally walked the yard on multiple occasions with the technicians, with promises the concerns would be addressed and instead, they have only progressed and our lawn is in the worst shape it has EVER been in. Furthermore, when we initially got the service, they came out to set up the termite monitoring system and had wifi failure on their device and stated they would contact their team and send someone else out to troubleshoot. We finally asked for a refund for that last week (to which they stated they would give us a one month credit for services we were paying for vs equipment that was never installed) in order to compensate. But without us mentioning it, we would have just continued paying for services via equipment they never came back to install. I should also mention that upon signing up for the service, we asked the salesman to have the techs call us to schedule the inside pest treatments in a month or two vs right away, as I was getting over a upper respiratory infection and did not want them to spray inside at that time. It has now been a full 6 months we have paid for that service, and no rep from the company has ever mentioned it, called to schedule, or followed up, despite that we pay for that upfront and as part of our monthly premiums. I regret making the call to Turner for lawn services and giving their techs six months to handle the issues, as our lawn is ruined. The services are divided up by too many different techs (lawn, termite, indoor pest), of which none seem to talk to the other or to their customer service reps to ensure continuity of overall service is complete and concerns addressed. I plan on calling and asking for a full refund for the lawn service and for the rest of the plan to be scheduled, completed, and maintained properly or will ask to cancel and request refund for that as well. The pictures of our lawn speak for themselves. Stay away from Turner Pest Control's Lawn service or you will regret ever calling them!

My experience with this company has been very poor! The prices are extremely high for the service you receive! If you ask for a manager to call you back good luck! I requested a phone call concerning a price that was quoted and no one ever called me back! I even call back again and still no call back! Don’t waste your time with this company! They will apologize all day long but no results!

This is to notify Brandon Pest Control of the outstanding performance of your worker Mr. Harold his service is outstanding, Mr. Harold listens to all my needs as far as the lawn goes, he is very professional, and cares about his client. I would recommend his outstanding service to anyone.

Not a fan been with them 6 months i think now and only one guy who came out was actually professional.
Still have the same issues we've had since day one. Yes i called them back out yes they came but had i not the result would have been the same.

You're lucky there isn't a 0 star option. From day 1 your guys are always tardy! That bring said, when they get here, we're lucky if they do half of what they say they're going to. Clearly there is terrible communication between the office and the field crew. We called to schedule an appointment for Friday, and you guys told us told us "oh, you're already scheduled for Friday for our quarterly service". Uhm! News to us! FYI, if you're going to automatically schedule appointments, your clients WHO HAVE JOBS need to know ahead of time to request scheduling arrangements. This place I would highly NOT recommend. And your field guys, filled with excuses about they're lack of willingness to complete the job. We'll be in contact for reimbursement for lack of service. TRASH!

Although I did like one of our techs Tara, I got tired of the excuses why my lawn kept getting worse. After 5 months my back lawn was dead. Then Gwin in the office would not return my calls. Took almost four months of leaving messages to finally get a credit. Obviously after that which was one year I canceled.

Now they say I owe them for two months and sent me to collection for $93. I ALWAYS pay my debt but this is not one of them.

$85 a month for pest and lawn control. When their technician visits, they provide absolutely zero feedback on whether anything is being done right or wrong. My lawn developed a bunch of deadspots by my back fence, and you would think there would be a comment like "too much watering, too little, etc". Seems like they're more than happy to collect the cash, but not really proactive.

We had a contract and service with Brandon over the last 2 years. You would think loyalty and service meant something, but I now see that they are a greedy unethical company. We paid for all of our services and missed one because my credit card changed. Both my wife and I called to add a new card and every month after they kept sending past due. We called and authorized auto draft and it never happened. So we cancelled and now they said we owe for the last 4 months, even though there has been no follow up from a human and no services performed.

As a pest control company, they suck. The service people were always polite, but we ALWAYS saw bugs after they came and they were NO help with our rodent problem.

I also don't appreciate being threatened maliciously with collections. I spoke to Danielle and was told she was the highest person in the company I could talk to. Brandon, please reconsider your customer service.

Signed up for all three services, pest, termite, and lawn with Josh Harris. He came to our home and was very respectful and courteous. He gave us a great deal on all services. I would recommend Brandon’s Pest Control over the others around.

Josh was very friendly. Very professional and understood what I needed to have sprayed and treated around my home. He covered the Garage, my downstairs kitchen and up stairs bedrooms as well and the outside. His service is something I would recommend for any one who needs a pest control. Thank you so much. Please in the future use Brandom Pest control and they are Eco-friendly.

Ryan came out and put my family at ease. Inside and out bugs are leaving and my wife is happier. Very professional and helpful.

Just waiting for my contract to be up. I had so much hope for this company. They are the worse. Service really sucks. My lawn looks like a weed field.

Guy came out today, he was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and got it all done quickly. My kids say thank you for the tattoos!

Excellent service! I've had Dave as my pest eradicator for years and years at two different residences and he is amazing. I enjoy my bug-free Florida lifestyle thanks to him and the team at Brandon. And I REALLY don't like bugs, so it means a lot to me to have a reliable and effective exterminator I can trust.
