Andre went above and beyond at our visit today! I have come to expect nothing less from Brandon Pest, but Andre truly raised the bar! I especially appreciated the time and attention to detail he took when I expressed concerns about spiders in our home (even though it was later in the day and we were his last stop), as well as how sweet he was to my nosey four year old. He even let her help him out with a “job”. She was thrilled! Overall great, great job!

We are a very busy store and with 29 years behind me, I sometimes get lost and overwhelmed with the day to day duties & obligations as the president of my company. Tami was so patient when chasing me down and service was A+ and professional. Great employees are hard to find these days. She is a keeper!

I was aalittle unsure being a new homeowner on who to trust and what to believe. Josh came out and went over everything in detail on what to expect and what he would be doing and all the services that Brandon affords their customers. It's a relief I do not have to worry about anymore.

Brandon’s is a fabulous service but we sure did miss Stephanie. Thankfully Josh stepped in and filled her big shoes! He was so genuine and helpful to make sure we were happy and our minds were at ease about unwanted pests. So thankful for Josh and all the effort he put into our family and home. Glad to know we will continue to be pest free for years to come!

I am leaving two stars because the staff is very kind. However, I feel like after 3 times coming out to reapply in a span of 1 month that they would try something different since I am still seeing these creepy crawlers around. In 1 month, I feel like I should have seen some change. I am considering consulting another company. -Mecia Adriano

Very impressed with how thorough our technician, Ryan Mercer, was today at our new home. We called Brandon Pest Control out for pest & lawn control, after great service by the company at my work. While at my house, he noticed that our terminate coverage was outdated and he got us a great price and scheduled us for their service. Glad to have them taking care of our home.

Rob did our yearly inspection, and was very thorough inside and out. He was very nice, taking the time to explain any concerns, although minor, and treated us with respect and efficient service. Thank you so much for your service.

Frustrating customer service. So I posted a negative review and got a call within 15 minutes of hanging up on a rep who needed up training. Of course THIS employee went all out to assist me. My issue was resolved and a request was made for me to remove my review. I upgrade my experience to a three star instead of a one star. Hope that explains all the stellar reviews.

Josh was excellent. The price was reasonable and I love that they use "environmentally" safe products.

Very knowledgeable and informative about termite protection and treatment service. Tami was extremely understanding and helpful when choosing the best service plan to suit our needs. We have used them for our pest control since we were infested with milipedes many years ago. Have not seen many bugs since. Confident we got the best deal for our money, which is difficult with so many companies in the area.
