28Worst place to buy, after waiting for more than a week for a washer delivery, the delivery day received a call that the truck broke down, a lie and the next delivery date was 10 days after, canceled order brandsmart costumer service AWFUL they hung the phone and the ladysaid ok cancel it not big deal
They had what I was looking for, a whole bunch of needed computer upgrades, I got an apple beast desktop and printer. Additionally, I picked up a new phone LG K61,
Paid them a lot of money, and they let me take the box cart over to my building to unload. I returned the cart. All together about 35 minutes and biz was concluded and all were happy.
Terrible customer service. I have been a customer of BrandsMart for many years but for the last two years customer services has gone from bad to worse. Will not buy there again.
On March 31st we bought a washer and dryer. We were told, the dryer could take 6 to 12 weeks to be delivered. Today we decided to visit the store to find out the status of our order. To our surprise, the washer was in stock but nobody gave us a call to let us know about it. The seller, Mr. Molina, did not follow up on the delivery of the dryer, during 3 months of waiting he didn't give us a call. Finally the dryer will be delivered on July 1st, almost 2 more weeks of waiting.
Went for computer equipment. Options were limited, items are mislabeled. And was packed/limited service
Worst service ever!
I bought a washing machine on 6/26/21 and delivery was scheduled for 7/5/21 between 1: 30 and 4: 30, I ask in my work for the afternoon off so I can be available for the delivery but around 2: 00pm they just call me and rescheduled the delivery for 7/9/21, I ask for a reason and just told me that truck has an accident, later I ask for sooner date and they say no, I ask for a manager and they just hang up the phone. I call back and the new person who answered the phone gave me a different history and transfer me with a store, I finally was able to talk with an assistant store manager who was very rude and game no other options. I feel deceived and disappointed. I don’t trust in this store anymore.
Very organized when it comes to pay for your items.friendly staff social distancing too. EXCELLENT
If you re going to pickout a TV, I highly recommend Jonathan Gonzalez! I told him what i was looking for (55", great picture, long lasting) and he led me to the perfect TV for me. He took the time to explain to me the differences, he further qualified my needs, and by the end of my experience, I told him to pick which one he thought was best for me because I trusted him that much. The whole team at Brandsmart was quick, efficient, careful, and kind during my purchase. Thank you all for the great service!
Sidenote: If you are looking for a new mattress or adjustable base, come see me at the Greenery mall Mattress Firm! I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and I know good service when I see it!
The worst customer service EVER! They have a price on display and when you are going pay is a different one, MORE EXPENSIVE.
Good cheap stuff but it's not quality stuff any more. All the associates mingle with themselves not customers if you look like you have money they say hi. Shame on brandsmart. No capital letters
Highly recommended, listen to all corporation, Thea location has the best customer service in Miami, they treat me like a King, you guys should have a pizza party and give them a big bonuses.blessings to alll! Keep it up
Worst costumers service ever I bought a item and I ask if i can return the iteam in case that I don't like it and he said you have 5 day to return. 6 hours later I went to return the item because I don't like it and they said that I can't returned it. I don't recommend this place is expensive and the staff is the worst
Absolutely terrible experience. The lady at the cashier was rude and gave me attitude. She made a whole ordeal and told me to carry the karaoke machine, that i wanted to buy, on to the table so she could scan it. I told her I couldn’t carry it because it weighed more than 5 pounds. She told me to stand on the side, raising her hand like she was shooing me away. So rude. When the warehouse man came, he didnt even pick it up. The barcode was on the side but the lady refused to move from the cashier. He had to scan it. I’ve never had such a bad experience.
When i was walking out, I asked for help to carry the machine to the car. The man I asked sighed angrily. I just needed help. He then agreed to take the machine with me to my car. Never coming back. Please educate your workers.
This brandsmart is the best one i have been in thus far in the miami area, employee's are very helpful and kind. It is not crowded and to pay is a breeze unlike other brandsmart where you wait 20+mins in line to purchase your items.
We bought appliances and gas barbecue. Good prices and good selection to choose from. Excellent service from floor personnel.
Next time you come to buy bring your own shopping car since there's no one don't have it all all.
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service with this Brandsmart branch in Dadeland. Everything in the store went fine and the sales rep was wonderful and everything was setup perfect. 4 people to delivery a washer, dryer and dishwasher on Friday between 12 to 3pm. Come Friday and they don't arrive until 6pm. I live on a second floor, no elevator thats why we requested 4 people and only 2 men came to tell us they couldn't do anything. I called the store that same day to speak to a manager, i waited on the phone for more than 20min and they didn't have the decency to call me back. This was a waste of my time, we waited the entire day for nothing to happen. The reschedule of the delivery of the things I bough wont be until Thursday so besides them messing up the delivery now I have to wait another week for them to deliver something I paid for to be done. (and this was the "best they can do") This is unacceptable and I don't see myself buying anything ever again in this store. I would give a rating of zero stars but thats not an option here!
Your people upstairs are very friendly and helpful. And the person whom helped me with my Microwave still managed to get the job done even though his arm was in a sling. Working well with temporary slightly handicapped
It's like a one stop shop for all your electronics. We just moved needed a TV mount for a 55". Plus my husband picked up a new tv console as well as a 32" tv for the room. We were attended right away. In & out in under 15mins.
I do like BradsMart USA because they offer great discounts each holiday. In addition, they have a good parking. Also, this place is safe and clean. Finally, all of the workers are training in customer satisfaction.
