Very disappointed went to two different stores looking for appliances and after spending more than 30 minutes trying to choose which one to buy the salesperson checked the computer and told me there was no inventory of the things I wanted to buy.and this is not the first time that has happened

I love this place! They have the most amazing prices. Great product selection, all kinds of things at huge discounts if you can get your hands on a floor sample!

If you ever get lost and need to find something the staff always help you in the friendliest way possible.

I bought a portable AC unit at Brandsmart. I asked the salesman for the warranty information and he said that there is a one year warranty on the product. The AC unit turned out to be defective - water was leaking through the bottom - but I cannot take it back. What the salesman conveniently forgot to mention is that Brandmart has a '0 day Return Policy'.

I was there and no one offered to help. They were chatting between each other. Customer service is bad. I will go to the south Dixie one.

Good deals but make sure to do your own research. Also, be sure to ask the model year because the special pricing is usually discontinued models.

Worst place to buy something that they don't have in stock. They said that I have to pay before and in 3 day they will call me back when the merchandise will be there, and never happen. After I called and transfer me with 6 different people they told me that the merchandise is not there yet.

I switch to X finity phones their. Saved enormous amount of time over dealing at an X finity store. Also purchased a Samsung video security system. Salesman office manager and installers work very good.
