Highly Recommend! Fair, fast and professional.

I moved to a new area and had to research a local plumber. Courtney, who answered the phone, was polite, efficient and helpful. I was very lucky I called Buckeye because they are fairly well staffed and work on Saturdays. I had someone in my home in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday.

Ricky W.was fantastic. Polite, professional, well-spoken, efficient and good at his craft. Plumbers are always going to be an investment, and we had tried DYI, and it just did not work. The pricing was competitive and fair (I looked around) and you have to get your head around what plumbing costs before you call any plumber, because it is a highly skilled profession. Ricky explained everything and I never felt pressured in any way. He not only had to do the work but had to "undo" what he found and there was no question there was a lot of skill and labor involved. Thank you Ricky W.and Buckeye for giving me a great first impression.

Excellent plumbing company! & class act.
2 other plumbing companies told me to fix our job would be hundreds more and TRYED to scam us.
Buckeye Plumbing fixed the job and charged us only $145 to fix it instead of the thousands that others tryed to steal and scam us due to our emergency bathroom problem.

Watch out for deceptive trade practices if you decide to use these guys. My water heater went out this morning and I called Buckeye Plumbing because they serviced the old water heater in our home. I spoke to Jennifer twice as I was getting other quotes, and while Buckeye was not the cheapest, they seemed to be the most honest. Jennifer quoted me $746.85 ($97.50 after hours charge, $97.50 service fee, $150 permit fee, $401.85 labor cost) to replace a supplied water heater. She also mentioned I would get 5% off since they serviced our old one, so $37.34 in savings. Paul the technician came out and quoted us $1187 because he found more that needed to be done, which i'm OK with as long as it's needed to be up to code. Lowes installation quoted me $27.88 for an expansion tank installed. Paul quoted me $183.98 for the expansion tank so seems like a price gouge. He also refused the 5% discount and he said that Jennifer was wrong and that he’s right since he’s the technician and she sits behind a computer and I shouldn't listen to office staff. He later mentioned 5% off of the labor cost (which was only slightly different at $407.08) only after back and forth, but that was not what Jennifer had said. He got argumentative and demanded $195 for his visit which we didn’t pay. At the end, I had thought I chose Buckeye not because they were the cheapest, but because they seemed to be the most honest. Turns out, that's completely the opposite. Feels like a bait and switch, a childish he said she said, and just plain BAD service. Will not be using them or recommending them to anyone I know. Very disappointed.

Too pricey, $273.88 to repair 2 toilets which was a quick fix barely took 25min. Toilet Fill Valve barely cost $18 at Home depot. Technician only changed one of them. $273.88 is the price of two brand new toilets. Smh! Do not recommend.

We were very satisfied with their service when they initially installed a new water heater for my family; upon installing the water heater, the original tech informed me that the cartridge for the shower faucet would need to be repaired or replaced, as it was not sealing correctly when the hot water was on, making the water slightly warm instead of hot. He said it was a pretty simple fix and wouldn't take long, but our budget was tight at the moment, so I thanked him for informing me and I told him I would contact Buckeye Plumbing at a later date to have it fixed.

A few months later, I called Buckeye to come repair the faucet; they sent out another tech who took apart the faucet and concluded it needed to be replaced and he would need to order the part, which was understandable. We were then charged $97 for him to do the above diagnostic, which took 10 minutes and the previous tech practically did already. Also, that night when I went to shower, I found out that the shower now no longer worked - water would barely trickle out of the shower head. Later that week, I was informed that the replacement cartridge installation would cost $337; I asked if the charge for the diagnostic could be used as a credit towards the installation, since that had been the case when we went through the process with the water heater replacement and the original tech had already diagnosed the issue while he was installing the water heater we had purchased. This request was denied however, which would make the total cost of repair for this shower faucet to come to $434.

Concerned about this cost, I then made inquiries to a few friends of mine who are savvy on home repairs and found out that the installation is not complicated, taking approximately 10-15 minutes and the cartridge itself costs $30. At learning this, I was even more surprised that we were being charged so much for something so inexpensive and simple to fix.

Needless to say, we are very disappointed with this experience, especially being returning customers, and we would now have to be hard pressed to request service from Buckeye Plumbing again.

Awful experience. Water heater out and no show for a week. Tech did not know how to repair and all he wanted to do was replace with new unit. Finally, said it needed a part and it would take 3 to 5 days and I personally found it and had it the next day. It did not salve prob although I paid for part.no sense of urgency and unable to talk to mgt about issue.avoid this business!

Had a major self inflicted leak an called Buckeye. The girl on the phone was awesome and the technician was totally professional and did a super job. This was an after hours cal, and the repair was done quickly an very neat. Cost was reasonable for an emergency job.

Beware! They will not tell you the cost of a part.they will only combine labor and parts. Charged $500 to install 1 bathroom faucet. Less than hour and a half. We supplied faucet. Call them if you have money to burn. Rip off

We first learned of Buckeye Plumbing in 2004 because they provided all the plumbing on behalf of the builder for our newly-constructed home. We have since relied on their services on multiple occasions for multiple properties. Some of the visits were to remedy small issues, but this time we had a more challenging problem requiring more trouble-shooting to determine a diagnosis. Once again, we were so pleased to have worked with one of Buckeye's master technicians, Mr. Jack Costa. Jack is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He also is a problem-solver who focuses on finding the best and most cost-effective long-term solutions for customers. Thank you again, Jack. Thank you, as well, to Yo for all of his help on this job. You guys are terrific!

Buckeye Plumbing also has great internal support staff who are professional, courteous, and solution-oriented. What a great team of people! Although we don't love having plumbing issues, we do love knowing we can count on Buckeye Plumbing to come to the rescue! Kudos everyone.

Replaced a hot water heater on our 2nd floor in a very tight spot, when our normal plumber said it couldn't be done easily and needed 4 people. Buckeye did it no problem with 1 guy.

We needed an emergency plumber for broken water main, and Jonathan came over and repaired the pipe and valve. Very professional and the price was reasonable. From a fellow Buckeye.

The admin and service staff exceeded my expectations! Amy was super friendly and the company demonstrated great communication between scheduling and the on-site technicians.
Regarding the service itself, I engaged them to do a kitchen faucet replacement in an older home, which required replacement of the stop valves as well. Mike, the service tech, went straight to work and used quality stop valves for the replacement.

Both toilets in my mother's place got stopped up at 10pm one weeknight. Marvin came out in the middle of the night, called the city out for us, and made the toilets workable until the problem could be fixed during daylight hours. He came back the next day to get to the route of the problem. Buckeye were fast to assess the situation and get the right steps in motion to fix the problem! They also found the culprit to be the cable company, drilled a hole through the pipes, so they may not have to pay for everything out of pocket! Thanks Buckeye.
