I had the WONDERFUL experience of meeting John, the technician who came to my home to install a new insinkerator, about a month ago. Not only did he impress me with his KNOWLEDGE, but his INTERPERSONAL SKILLS and PATIENCE exhibited were beyond words. Any question I had was treated and answered in a respectful manner.
