Martin was the person that helped me out and he was super helpful with everything, would definitely rent from this location next time I'm in town and would recommend to talk with Martin.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! AUTONATION DODGE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR RENTAL, THEN THEY WILL CALL YOU ASKING WHERE THE CAR IS, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A RENTAL THAT YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE, EMPLOYEES WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS IN ORDER TO AVOID TALKING TO YOU. THEY NEVER HAVE GOOD CARS ON THE LOT, ONLY SMALLS CARS AND MINI VANS. DIRTY DENTED CARS, THEY HAND THEM OFF DIRTY AND WITH NO GAS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES.

The Pembroke Pines location (F10) is by far the best rental location I have dealt with over the past years. Honestly, I will not rent from no other location. The customer service of all their staff is top notch and the best by far. The staff is very informative on the current specials and deals and they even assisted me in getting a fastbreak #. I just love them and they will always get my business.

I called them and asked if I could pick up earlier than my time slot. Spoke to someone in the office they said yes. By the time I got there no one could remember that they spoke to me 15 minutes earlier and there are only 2 repeat 2 persons in the office.
A bloody shame. The staff needs training

***Stay Away*** The owner is a thief! I paid extra to bring the car on empty as I booked online and when I pick up the car he removed that service without my authorization. When I bought the car on empty, he charged my credit card over $300. The owner wouldn't compromise and the local Corporate District manager never returned my call. It's obvious why they suck as a company and had to endorse 1990's Jessica Simpson to market their brand. Enterprise on Pembroke RD & Flamingo has great customer service, do yourself a favor and give them the business instead of this garbage franchise.

We rented a car for a six days. We got a Nissan Versa. The car was clean and good condition + cheap to my low budget. Customer service was good and next time when we come to Florida we will rent a car from this place.

Had a 10 o'clock reservation made a week in advance however, when I arrived to pick up, no cars were available. I was told I'd have to wait an hour to receive a vehicle. An hour came and left yet still no vehicles available. The only way I was told the situatuon could be remedied was, "You just have to wait. " A super inconvenience and the company as a whole seemed to not really care about it. My entire trip was delayed because of this. Very dissatisfied with Budget. I will never rent a vehicle with them again.

Get car to rent 27 of february 2017.everithing was ok.after three weeks they thieved 20 bucks from my credit card! And don't answer on Email!
