If I could give 0 starts I would.
I arrive with a party of 8 people at 8: 50 pm, with no reservation, since They don’t take reservations.
The host tells me at first that will be a hour wait, and I seen lots of table empty.
After 10 minutes she told me would be a 1 hours wait, she comes back and tells me that she didn’t knew if they were going to be able to sit us, it could take more than a hour, if they would sit us.
Then I ask for the manager, since I seen lots of empty table.
The manager tells me that they have no employees, and if me and my family would like to apply to work there.
What a joke, I can’t believe he told me that lol
Never coming back, very disappointed.

Great food and great service the only complaint is they have a new policy "Hot and Fresh" I think they called it. Where they bring out the food as soon as it's done. That's great and all except they brought out my girlfriends food 15-20 mins before mine so she was already done eating when I got mine. I would think they would say "ok this takes 30 minutes to cook and this takes 10 so let's start the 30 minute one before we start the 10 minute one. " That's how normal restaurants do it.
But I will say they made it right after I said something. They told me if I wanted our food to come out at the same time I would have to request that when I order lol.

Wack service. Last call for food/drink at 9 pm. Nobody even had the decency to tell us that and made us sit around for 20 minutes just for us to go to the bar and get told that last call was at 9 pm.

Don't waste your time. "Less busy then usual" however still a 35 minute wait for a table. Waited another 40 minutes and never even had a server come to the table. Left and went to Glory Days.

Ordered take out and waited for food. The girl at the take out counter said it would be about 30 minutes. It looked a lil busy so I understood it may be a little while. Saw another girl bring out my order in 10 minutes but I didn't think to ask if it was mine being the other girl said it would be 30 minutes. I waited a total of 25 minutes and asked if my order was ready and of course it was. COLD FRIES WARM WINGS. Picked up my order went home only to realize they forgot 5 wings of my order of a different flavor. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Every experience we have had at this location has been nothing short of stellar. The beer is ice cold and the wings are as hot as my server, she thicc

Just got here like an hour ago and still haven’t received my food or drinks waited 30 minutes before I even got my drinks probably never coming back:)

The absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. I'm giving one star just so I can leave a review to warn others. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were 12 of us in our party but it was a Tuesday evening at 6: 30, no major games on and the restaurant was not even half full. They sat us with no wait. The server took our drink and app orders. The apps came out one at a time over a period of about 30 minutes. During this time, NO drinks were delivered and the server never came back. When she finally brought the drinks, 2 were incorrect, my glass was literally only half full and the wrong drink and the beers were warm. The server took our food orders at this point. Over the next 30 minutes a couple of people got their food, a couple of people received incorrect orders and some of us never got our food. Again, the server never returned to check on us so we just sat there. After being in the restaurant for 2 hours, half of us not getting our dinner, we asked for the manager, THREE times. The server explained none of this was her fault and dropped off checks, some incorrect, some still including items we never received and ALL all had 18% gratuity added.for food and service we never got. At this point, I went to the kitchen and requested the manager. She came out and said she was busy but would come to our table when she had time. Another 15 or 20 minutes went by and the manager finally came over. The end result of this nightmare? She removed the items we never got from checks and gave a $5 discount, regardless of how much your check was. Oh, and she had such a condescending attitude, we could understand why the staff there sucks. Never ever ever go to this location. I am still in shock at how awful the experience was.

Server had no help, food came out in separate order, while we wait 1hour and 30 mins, such bad service spilled sauce on one of the patrons. Brought out to go orders before the table food arrived.

Boneless were good as usual. However, the cheese curds, listed as shareable when ordering via a delivery service were again disappointing! The price charged didn’t match either the Side or Shareable charges on the BWW website and the portion was beyond disappointing! I was charged more than what was listed for a Side on the website but certainly didn’t receive a shareable portion. I travel and order BWW because they are typically and consistently both tasty and portioned generously. I am rethinking my viewpoint since this is now the second time I have had this issue with this specific BWW location.

Weeks later and no response from ownership.

No change - either management doesn’t check reviews, or doesn’t see this as a concern.

Terrible customer service! Terrible management and extremely disrespectful! I’d recommend finding the next nearest location. I’d rate 0 stars if I could!

Arrived at 8: 10 on a Tuesday. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for our party of 6. There was a 6-seater table wide open front and center, and four large booths that we could have easily fit in. At the 25 minute mark, we asked how much longer and were told there was one 7-person party ahead of us. A few minutes later, they seated the party of 7. A few minutes following that, a 5-person part that arrived after us was seated. We finally gave up and left at 8: 55, hungry and disappointed.

Sara S.is such a wonderful server. She seems to know what we want to order even before we know. Her refill-game is on point.

Always a great time at BWWs. Great food selection, great drink selection, plenty of TVs for college ball!

Great location right off the highway. Excellent service from the waiters! We ordered a round of drinks, an appetizer and two entrees. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. Our server was Jake. A1 service by this dude.

Anthony was the best server I have ever in my life.very patient explained the menu told us all about happy hour. I tipped him well he was so surprised he say you sure you don't need change I never got a tip like this. I said you just did you deserve it

I go every Wednesday for Trivia in Brandon and have Sarah as my waitress. Always friendly and remembers my order from week to week. Greets me everytime with a smile, even if her day was rough. Can't get any better then that.

So I got there at 10pm and it took 30 minutes to get my appetizer which was Chips and Salsa. It took an hour to get a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich. I used to work in the restaurant industry and it takes 7-10 minutes to fry a crispy chicken breast. The french fries were warm. The resturaunt was not busy at all, many open tables. I only gave this review 2 stars because the food tasted okay and my waitress was fairly nice.
