Buffalo Wild Wings, Brandon FL

Sports bar and they have dance club music cranked up. When asked if they could turn up the volume to the game and turn down the music, they told me that I was only one person and they could not. Guess I will do another sports bar for the next big game.

I love this place. Super friendly staff. Very accommodating. Always great quality. Timely delicious food. Recommend.

The wings were really good. We had for an appetizer the chili cheese dip.it was amazing. The service was on point as well.
We definitely plan to go back soon!

Love this place Michael the manager is awesome helped us find our favorite basketball games and put them on the screen to watch.

I came in Friday night to order to go quite late so I wasn’t expecting the best service, but Brooke completely amazed me. She greeted me at the register right away and ensured everything was okay with my order and myself. Not only was she running the front counter but she was running food, cleaning and answering the phones. I am completely wowed by the service at this location I will definitely be back!

Came here to watch the Broncos game. Very nice place, tons of tvs. Delicious food and amazing staff.recommend

First at the THIS location. Had a great experience. I only did take out, but the cashier Aleysha and Vanessa were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back!

Kassandra was so sweet. She put up with our huge family of Steeler fans when we played Tampa Bay. Service with a smile and kindness. Thank you Kassandra. You were great, just like the wings!

Horrible is only thing I can use for experience there. A place known for there wings that were horribly prepared. Was given wings with basically little to know sauce I asked for more and was charged for it. Ordered a side of fries for $5.50! Paid $2 for a cup of extra sauce! Over paid for a meal I wasn’t even happy to have last time I’ll ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings!

Sat outside for 15 min while our server sat and chatted with her friends on the chairs 8n the corner. Finally got service by her and it was basically do you know what you want? Me being in the service industry am absolutely appalled by how an establishment can allow this to happen. Wont be coming back

I go to the BWW in Brandon every Wednesday for trivia. As soon as I come in I'm greeted with a smile by Sarah and she already has my drink ready. She is always on top of her game and I wouldn't want anyone else!

Excellent chicken wings. My server Sara always give excellent service. I never have to ask for a refill of my sweet tea, she just brings a new one when my drink is low. My drink is on the table when I sit down.

Terrible staff place is terrible do not go especially for fight nights this place is the worst i always have an issue with the staff about seating i will be buying the fights at home. Trash restaurant with trash people.

Went to try pumpkin spice wings, they were good! Service was polite and quick, four stars just because it is kind of pricey, $3 for a soda and appetizers are around $10+

The host sat us so that my boyfriend could watch his NFL team and I could watch mine. Exceptional customer service.

Food and service were GREAT.they were turning over the tables and it took a little bit longer than usual for our server to come greet us and take the drink order so the mngr brought us a chips and salsa on the house for our wait! Once the server came she did an excellent job. Very friendly, kept our glasses full and grabbed some extra sauces for us. Food was hot and tasty. Great job Buffalo wild wings!

Excellent service! Great atmosphere! We love coming here for the boneless wings, Sara is one of our favorite bartenders and the managers are always doing a great job coming by checking and making sure our food and service is to our standards. We love this BWW in particular!

Manager was totally rude. Tried to force me to allow strangers to sit at my table when I had guest coming. I understand it's a busy night but I was a regular customer who tips well. I was told I had 2 choices after being at my table for an hour. Allow strangers to sit with me or leave my table and be re seated. Terrible customer service

Ordered online a few months ago and got really sick after eating the food (teriyaki wings and the side veggies). I think it was the veggies that got me sick. A few weeks ago I tried to go in and order to go and was completely ignored by the staff there who clearly saw I was there to either pick up food or place an order. Not recommended as a BWW. Go to another one.
