I have done business with your store in the past but took a friend of mine in this morning to purchase a French door. The young man behaved as though we were taking up his valuable time asking for his help

Please steer clear of this place! I should have trusted my gut while checking out and reading the huge blaring sign posted behind the counter stating no refunds, exchanges, arguments etc.in obnoxious sized lettering but I was in desparate need of in stock tile. I also trusted that what was labeled on the entire pallet of tile that they force you to buy is what I was getting. At least half of the tiles were different lengths or widths and many had to be puilled up and redone to even remotely match and complete the job. Not to mention the extra costs in labor to do so. When we asked for a refund on a portion of the mis-sized tiles they acted like we were liars even with the tiles in hand. I have never been so disgusted with a business. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.the discount on product seems tempting but you will save yourself thousands.

I suggest coming here for odd size windows and there prices on trim are great. I came in looking for a window and a young man helped me find it in about 5 minutes. Saved me a whole lot of time

Hunter was beyond helpful. Got a set of base cabinets for $100. And the employees Go out of their way for customer service.

Came in Tuesday looking for kitchen cabinets, Hunter was Very helpful! Came back Thursday and purchased our cabinets. Hunter helped us again and helped load us up! Thank y'all! Ladies working front desk very nice as well! We Will be back!

We saved alot of money by shopping here. We got wood tongue and groove for the wall, several ceiling fans, and some beautiful vanity lights. We will definitely be back.

The staff are hands down the friendliest you'll ever meet, some folks get steamed up about their specific policies but the folks working there make it very clear how it works, and are always there to help

Don't buy your stuff there at all I spent 1700 worth of items there and the toliet I bought the pee trab was busted and my vanity I bought the top didn't fit they didn't care at all even I offer to pay extra fee just to get a top to fit my vanity they said they notgnot they can do wanted to pay the full price 350$ please don't waste your money or time don't go there it's not worth it

Through the years. Having owner/ self - contracted built two houses on the beach and later totally remodeled my house in town.buying at BMO saved me thousands.and the place has come a long way since their early days in Ellyson Field.larger and much improved.

They did much to make me feel like family and got to know me personally and I love all their Everybody Loves Raymond references. Great team and even better people.

Went in a few times for odds and ends. One of the managers got to know me and would call when things similar to what I was on the lookout for came in. Thanks Tony!

Everything was great, good price, good service, fair product. Then when I went to check out They charged me more than 60 bucks for a 50 buck item. I said "What's with this? " They said buyers premium is added. I ask you, if they need to charge an amount for a product why not mark that on the item? It seems like a scam to me to add something on when you are at the register.

Had exactly what we were looking for and at great prices. The staff were courteous. Will be going back as needed for sure.

GREAT FIND

Went in to price new kitchen cabinets. Roger was very helpful and knowledgeable. So much so that I ended up purchasing a whole new set. No pressure very friendly.

I was greeted by the most beautiful and pleasant young lady named Natalie. She made my entire visit pleasant and worth the trip. I see all the less than pleasant reviews. Signs were posted about no returns. The poor attitudes were something I didn't experience. Was very honest with me. So I could see how someone being told something they didn't want to hear, into a bad experience. I look forward to my next visit. Honest and friendly. Unbelievable values! The bushes out front do stink though. They might want to replace thise one day. But, this place is awesome!
