Went here in search of hardwood for some small projects. As we stood there I watched the same person ask others around us if they needed help. We were never asked. When I brought it to the attention of another associate and he got a stick up his butt about it. So we left our items on the cart and left. Never will go there again and do not recommend for customer service!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING TO ME. But not to these folks! I purchased 3 tile palates of the last kind in June 0f 2017 when we came to get them only 2 palates fit on the truck. So the guy loading said that's fine come back and get it when you can. We have a storage where we keep this stuff and well there was a misunderstanding where my brother thought we picked it up and I thought he picked it up. None the less we are finally finishing the job and we noticed its missing! We go back up there and sure enough there it is back on the sales floor. My brother explained what happen to the owner and the owner says well there's no name on it and of course he says yeah, well you put it back on the floor. Owner says its 20 a day for the late pick ups! Okay, I paid $540.00 for it and it's January! I don't mind paying 100 more reasonably for our mistake.but seriously you want me to repurchase it! Complete Robbery! The bad part is I still need it or my house will be all off since there are no other like tile wood! I will be there tuesday since they closed and didn't care to come to a reasonable solution.
