I never thought we’d be travel trailer owners, but here we are.and that’s simply because of the staff at Gander RV. I started our search calling several different dealerships.not very many were patient with all my questions (we’re first time owners), none were open July 4th and not one of them followed up as promised with suggestions. Then I somehow stumbled upon Gander RV and got in touch with Shawn. He listened to everything I was looking for and invited us to come down on July 4th. (Which was a huge deal cause my husband was working every weekend) We accepted and were greeted with kindness. They loved on our puppy and right away, Shawn introduced us to Colby. We spent five hours with Colby - learning, exploring and figuring out if this was something we wanted. There was no pressure, and plenty of knowledge and laughs along the way. I was so unsure of proceeding with the purchase but all of my fears were politely addressed and not dismissed. While we were waiting, we stopped in the store and spoke to David T.and Bill. Both are outstanding, kind, patient and willing to help individuals. When it came time to sign papers, Lisa was just such a delight. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was right for us. I had many questions and never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. For that, we are truly grateful. All of these people that played a part during our initial visit made me feel confident we bought our investment at the right place.

Gander RV went above and beyond to help us out with our new fifth wheel. Everything was ready to go when we pulled in. All we had to do was sign paperwork and do our walkthrough on the new camper. Sean & Colby and the entire staff were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them for your RV experience.

Went in today for some RV supplies. Right away we were greeted and were helped finding the items on our list. Smaller store but we got the majority of things on our list. Will shop there again when glamping in the area.

We had a great experience with Gander RV. Our salesperson, Tammy Baker is amazing. We worked with her for more than a year before making our decision. She never pressured us, just always there to answer any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

Can't say enough good things about Diana, Lisa, and Lisa at Gander RV. We had stopped by twice over the last couple of years without appointment trying to figure out exactly what we needed, and Diana immediately took interest with no pressure. On our third visit, she not only remembered us but also picked out what has quickly proven to be the perfect motorhome and worked hard to make us a good deal on it and then took care of every last detail, right down to helping my husband disengage the emergency brake when he had difficulty with it leaving the parking lot. Despite a two-hour delay in our making the appointed time for pick-up, when we finally got there Lisa VanMeter was ready with a thorough walk-through (the girl knows her stuff!), after which Lisa Mayweather efficiently had financing paperwork ready to go. Great buying experience. We will be repeat customers.

8/05/19 Update: Regarding the RV we recently purchased from Gander: Diana in Sales and Lisa in Credit, when we made the purchase, both said that they know the previous owners of the RV and assured us that it was taken excellent care of and that the previous owners only traded it because they wanted a bigger one.

Today, my husband called our local Mercedes dealership regarding the service records on the RV's Mercedes chassis and learned the *real* reason why the RV was traded: It is due for an oil change, fuel filter change, transmission service, and braking system flush, all of which will total roughly $1,400.

CAVEAT EMPTOR, ALWAYS!

I would like to thank Alan and Jerome in the service department for the professional and courteous experience I had today with a warranty issue on my travel trailer. Not too many months ago it would have been next to impossible to receive prompt attention.

STAY AWAY! These people REFUSE to even let you look at a camper unless you fill out paperwork to verify your income, as if that’s any of their business. My husband’s co-worker came here, ready to buy, but was so appalled by this that he took his business elsewhere and we’re telling everyone we know to STAY AWAY.

When there to buy a washing machine and after waiting 10+ minutes for the employee to finish his phone call, had to leave because he completely ignored me and jumped to help someone else.
I guess this place is not for people with dark skin.

Well, we took our Jayco Eagle 355 MBQS in for service since inverter was not working properly. When we made purchase we were assured service dept. Is improving and changes for the good being made. I will say Henry Day in service was true to his word. Working within Jayco standards they replaced converter, breaker, inverter, and corrected wiring issue with refrigerator. A big thanks to Henry, Ami, Larry and staff for service after the sale. Keep up the good work!

Have dealt with Camping World for a long time. Their people are very knowledgeable. Service is expensive but worth the money. Sales went above and beyond in both knowledge and business. The sales staff are top notch. Their retail store people always know the right things for your rig.

By far the worst service department. I will never spend another nickel with this facility nor this company once this experience is finally OVER. If I was able to give negative stars I would. Gave them over a month with a set pickup date and when we called to coordinate pickup they hadn't even touched the damn thing. Horrible communication skills and completely unorganized. Now a month and a half later they find more issues on another slide and its going to be another two weeks. I call B. S.

They offer you a $25 merchandise certificate if you renew your Good Sam membership for 2 years. Good deal, but you can't use the certificate on line. You have to use it at one of their stores. I got my nose twisted when I had to drive 20 miles one way to use my certificate. Employees at this store were very accommodating.

Charles Abraham was a great salesman. You can tell he's a hard worker. Mrs Brinda in the front was so nice to us, and it was genuine. Service department needs some work, but there not totaly broke down yet. All in all everything worked out fine. Jayco jay flight 174 slx BH
