Nice place, I walked in looking for some roof vents 300 dollars later I picked up some stuff that I was going to buy online either cheaper or a dollar or 2 more then online. Plus there a good Sam.

Pushy and rude if you're not ready to buy today, then they're not interested in your questions, or showing the campers.

Really well served by Charles Abraham in both pre/post sale of motor home. We're first time buyers and Charles walked us through any and all questions asked (and those that should have been asked). Great post sale service that proved this wasn't a "one-and-done" customer relationship. With the help of Lisa in finance, we were able to negotiate what we were able and willing to pay when quoted in a package deal and not just the motor home alone (not so with other dealers on the exact same (slightly used) motor home model).

Overpriced camper and RV equipment.
RV sales staff are rude and are looking to rip off customers. I'll never go here again for service or sales.

Always a nice clean place but funny how if the sales people don't think you have money they will leave you out on the lot for hours.

Great friendly staff. They answered all of our questions and didn't hound us to make a purchase.

My wife and I almost didn't go to CW because of the horror stories concerning the service department. They do have a great selection of rv's and the sales team has always been great. Colby was our sales guy and missed out last year after spending so much time with us and we stopped just to look as we were looking for a 5th wheel now. He greeted us just like last year very respectful and eager to help again. After selecting the Jayco 355mbqs, we sat down and voiced our concerns with the service dept. Colby assured us things have changed and called for the gm Brian and service manager Henry to meet us. My wife unloaded to them about our concerns and they said it has changed. They said the service dept has been revamped with new dedicated employees and hired additional techs and most of the past problems are being rectified. They really seemed sincere and asked for the opportunity to take care of us. I must say they went above and beyond to provide us a satisfied sale. Special thanks to Colby Nelams, Brian, Galye, Dylan, Henry, and Danny. They took excellent care of us and made the experience very satisfying. Time will tell on service but Henry really seemed sincere and took care of some minor issues before we left and we feel confident they will continue to provide great service.

Charles (our salesman) was the hardest working person trying to make us happy while still doing his job to make money for the department. Everyone in sales and the store were ALL kind, would pay attention to what you wanted done and concerned with the customer. There is a very big problem in service. They wouldn't pay attention to what your thoughts about the problem was which leaves us there for 5.5 hours. Most of the customers that have work to be done have a good idea what the problem was. Service, just listen to the customer. Sorry. Thanks to all others

My wife and I shopped many RV sales locations in search of our new 5th wheel Jayco Pinnacle. On arriving at CW we met Charles Abraham (Sales). He was working with some other customers at the time and asked our interest, taking a minute to steer us in the direction we needed to go. He advised he would be with us in just a little while. Soon he was back with us to determine our needs and showed us CW's available inventory. The 5th W we were looking for was not on the lot. He began a search for the model we were looking for and proceeded to lock the price in on our exact match. The unit we were looking for would not be available until the end of May and was outside the time restraints we required to make our purchase.

Charles was very helpful in trying to find our desired unit. It was quite evident that he had a genuine interest in tying to help us find exactly what we wanted. We did find our new 5th wheel out of state and it was delivered two weeks ago. We have a few minor service requirements, so I called Charles to determine if they would service our coach. He said that without a doubt they would handle any service requirements we might have and proceeded to offer any assistance in setting up appointments we may need. We really felt Charles went over and above to answer all of our concerns, even providing information on transporting our unit to the CW service center prior to the arrival of our new tow vehicle. We would highly recommend Charles to anyone shopping for an RV. Although we did not purchase from him, we felt like we were his best customer. This guy is the real deal. Thanks Charles.

Service after the sale is non existent here. We received no support after immediately having issues with a motor home we purchased here. High pressure sales tactics to sell extended warranties. Salesman made up answers to our questions, complete lack of ethics.

Purchased a camper here our salesman was phenomenal and helpful ever step of the way. We were very particular with what we were looking for and he made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Absolutely love our Jayco- highly recommend

This camping world is the worst for any type of warranty work! Go anywhere but here. They don't repair anything and I'm sure Winnebago, paid dearly for labor when they attempted to do some warranty for us on several occasions. They even scratched the paint on our RV and tried to blame on us, luckily the service manager decided to repair it. They made so many mistakes they are too numerous to mention. Their service department is unprofessional and untrained in every aspect of the words. We will never and I repeat NEVER darkened their door again! Whoever reads my post, let this be the one you listen to, you won't regret it.

Recently bought a Class B from Gulf Breeze. Charles Abraham was excellent in helping us find the right model. All the staff were courteous and pleasant.

Went here to find me an RV was met by a young man that showed me a couple of RV but did not take me seriously. Even though I live right down the street I end up going across town and buying an RV at another place sorry but you should have shown me more respect.
