Canaveral National Seashore reviews
39Hands down the most peaceful part of Florida. If you’re after a quiet, calm, romantic day at the beach, then look no further than here.
The beach was nice and there was not a big crowd of people there. Very nice to take a walk along the shore.
Beautiful. We love the peacefulness of Canaveral National Seashore and we always see so much nature!
Great beaches. Free kayak tours in the estuary Wednesday. Nude beaches. Easy access from Daytona beach.
We had such a great time. Used the boat ramps and spent an awesome day on the mosquito lagoon. Such an untouched piece of Florida. Will be returning every chance we get. Great place to bring the children and dogs too.most of the boat ramps charge $10 to use but you can purchase an annual pass for $30 for all the boat ramps and parks in Merritt Island and Titusville.
Freaking beautiful beach with the serenity that the beach is supposed to provide. The Kennedy space center being just south of here also leaving one with their eyes and mind curious as to what NASA has up their sleeve
I lived in Virginia for years but was always amazed at the west Pacific cost. I had also been to Miami and key west. I thought this beach was amazing in beauty and perhaps very much close to Pacific ocean! Must go. Worth the park visit.
We went to the guard entrance to the campgrounds and the park ranger stamped our national parks passport, then gave us directions to see the Manatees. My 3 boys loved seeing them.
The welcome center girls were very friendly and informative. Beaches were convenient to reach. Beach 5 was interesting.
Beautiful place, good fishing, national site so you can use your old folks or disability passes there, loved our day there.
Very good beach for people who like quite places. You can see a lot of wildlife around which is great!
Nice manatee viewing area Pleasant Drive roadways very clean inside Park area little expensive $10 per head on the vehicles friendly staff though all types of interesting nature and Cape Canaveral information about scheduled launches from the space center. Thank you.
The beach was clean and the sand was awesome. There weren't a lot of people there the day we went (Tuesday in September). The weather stayed nice all day even when it was raining in Orlando. The bathrooms were OK and there aren't any showers.
Nice beach, relaxed and not nearly as crowded as other beaches in New Smyrna Beach. It's unofficially clothing optional to the right of parking area 5, so be warned if that's not your thing.
I suggest getting there early on a weekend or holiday because the parking fills quickly. This is a great place to beach or explore the nature of coastal Florida, both Atlantic and bay side
What's not to like than having a great time on the Lake on a old paddleboard driven boat dinner cruise with family and friends celebrating mom's 80th Birthday.
Delicious dinner, romantic atmosphere and a great bartender serving up tasty adult beverages. By the way.
Happy Birthday Mom.
Beautiful place and so peacefull. Beach is clean and plenty of parking. Lots of shells to be found.
The best beach on the east coast. Period. Managed by the National Park Service and a bit of a hike to get to. Totally worth the effort.
