25I've lived here for a year now and it's fantastic. The office staff is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend moving here! I've never had any issues with the community or the complex. They're great!
I loved living here, although it was for a short amount of time, everyone in the office is so friendly.
Took one look and left. This place is too expensive for what you get and the people in the front are not as professional and helpful as many of the other places around Jacksonville. I chose to rent at another complex.
Lots of noise outside in parking lots at night, lots of broken things, hot tubs never work, pools and pond gross, trash and nasty filth all thru common area, nowhere to park
Nice friendly staff, clean brand new looking apartments. Great amenities in a fabulous location!
