Car Wash Palace-Winter Springs

Use to visit the place almost on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, the last few times that I visited the car wash I have been greeted by a kid that all he does is trying to push for me to spend more money.

Last time I visited the place, he went all in and kept pushing me to spend extra for a detailed interior cleaning. He was so pushy that I even had to raise my voice. It is unbelievable to get a high pressure salesman at a car wash. It is disrespectful and cheap. After many years of taking my car there, I decided to go to the one on Aloma, which is far from my home.

They are fine with the light duty metro-man and soccer-mom crowds but want no part of working man pickups that actually get dirty.

It was okay, the people were nice but whatever they used to wash my car took every layer of wax off the paint as it doesn’t bead water after less than a week. Also there is a new chip out of my wheel that wasn’t there before.but then again who knows if they did do it. Wouldn’t return

I had a detail done today. They did a great job. Ryan who did my car took the time and offer advice on buying product to use in between details. He was great. The staff has been so friendly. They did a complete detail on my wife's car a week ago. They made my 2010 look like new, it was amazing.

I am so pissed this is the second time I’ve came here and someone stole something out of my car! My iPhone adapter was plug to the car you have to pull it for it to come off! I was listening to music on the a AUX cable before I got there now its its gone! First my iPhone charger now this

Very disappointed in the service I spend $100 on interior shampoo, employee tells me he tried but could not get stains out I went home spray the stains and was able to remove them myself. I'm very disappointed in the service car was very dirty I will not return it's a waste of money.

Paid $15 for a $5 car wash basically. My car was STILLLLL dirty I am so pissed. I won't ever go here again. The guy named Bailey was the only one trying to fix what his LAZY co-workers messed up by trying to clean my car again. Thank you!

Car Wash Palace does a great job. Took them an F-350 Super Duty long bed.not the easiest or quickest truck to wash. They did an excellent job. Very personable and hard working crew.

Worst car wash ever, inside looked like it wasn’t even touched and the outside staff was rude, will never go back there

I regularly get my car washed here. Friendly service, good prices, and they make my car look like new! Wish they keep the coffee pot working every day. It's been a hit or miss.

Free wifi and comfortable chairs while you wait. Recently improved equipment with focused staff.

They have decent prices for the wash but don't do a good job cleaning the inerior, actually didn't clean my windshield or door windows! I know it's a tedious and routine job but they need to take more pride in their work. I would imagine if they were paid well it would be a great incentive for them. Therefore I'm putting the blame on the company not the workers. Thanks,

Ok car wash, but oh man.there is one employee there that always had the worst body odor I have ever smelled. He’s always there and makes the visit a horrendous experience, as he stinks up the inside, plus your car. Seriously, if you know this place, you have to know who I’m referring to. Shocked that management allows him to interact with customers.seriously, you know this one guy.

What happened to you guys, you fell from grace! I once rated you as 5! With the upgrades you've changed with us, your patrons! Your menu has gone up $4-5.00 on each at least and you did away with the VIP club, if I'm not mistaken wacky Wednesday is gone also. The vacuums are STILL messed up from Irma and customer service is on a decline, your p/t intake person took care of me better than your manager would have. Sad cause I loved this place.

Used to be top notch service. Not anymore. Takes well over an hour to get a simple car wash. I know finding good help is difficult, but is it too much to ask for the cashier to be friendly?

Every time I come to get my car washed it takes over 30 minutes. I bought the $400 package and it was a waste of money because it always takes too long. They are always under staffed to take care of the customers.

They completely missed vacuuming and wiping down the back of my suv, even though I paid extra! Not the first time either! Left streaks all over the inside where it was "conditioned" and wiped down my touchscreen with the conditioning solution. I mean really, would you clean your phone or tablet screen with that? It was very hard to get off of the screen. Overall, superbly disappointed, will drive the extra few minutes to bills in the future.

Took my car here and was very satisfied. The staff was great and had alot of attention to detail. I will come again soon to wash my baby!

Let me begin by saying Car Wash Palace doesn't even deserve one star. They did a HORRIBLE job. I specifically mentioned I'm not worried about the outside. Please focus on the inside since I have children, and it can get really dirty. I was suppose to have windows cleaned and not one window was attempted to be wiped and/or poorly done. Horrible job on the little space the doors have, cup holders, and the vacuuming was a joke. This company is one of the worst. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!
