Car Wash Palace-Winter Springs

I've been a customer here for a few years, but today was the best service I've ever received. Mercedes personally oversaw my requests and assured me they were working on each one. I'm grateful for her help in getting things done. The waiting area has been upgraded too. A nice new counter and seating have been added. Keep up the good work Car Wash Palace!

I've been here a few times and I always leave here satisfied with the job Car Wash Palace does. Except for paying for a package and getting extras I don't need, I can get just get the specific things for my car. Reasonable price

One price when you arrive then a higher one when you get to the register, no bueno. Cashier either hates her job or people or her life and had a TON of bad attitude. The guys who actually did the work were truly nice. It's a shame the admin/sales staff make me not wanna ever go back

Went out of my way to go and get my car detailed there, to find out it is closed this month for renovations! Have some common courtesy! Put on the website that you are temporarily closed soon people don't waste time driving to your location!

I had a very good experience when I was going through Winter Springs and needed my car washed. They did a very good job!

They usually do a good job and today I paid extra for the dash and consle to be cleaned. I wouldn't have done that if I'd have known they would scratch up my console on my new truck. Their reasoning for it was "there must have been dirt on there". I thought that would be assumed due to the fact i was at a car was and it takin care of without damaging my car. Take your car to magic suds or a 7/11 drive thru for that matter if you care about it.

I paid $18 for an amazing car wash. I thought it was just going to be a simple drive thru, but they really take pride in a very detailed, clean car. Fantastic service and wonderful wash!
