CareSpot Urgent Care - Gainesville 43rd Street reviews
28Wait time is terrible. My appointment was at 11: 10 and I'm still sitting in the lobby at it's 12: 38 and I still haven't been seen.
Don't bother to make an appointment. It is meaningless. Showed up on time. Left after an hour without being seen. Exam room grubby and worn. Peeling/missing paint. General air of neglect as opposed to pristine lobby/reception area. Docs may be terrific but would have had to have seen one to make that assessment.
The daytime staff was super nice and thoughtful! They helped me with my injured back, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable
Awesome place! Highly recommend this urgent care facility.staff is very friendly, helpful, and compassionate to you I went in with an injury.just a brief check in and They got me right back to a room very few minutes later I saw Dr. Carl and he us a really super nice guy! Very clean establishment, Super nice receptionist!
The clinic was clean and organized, with proper COVID safety measures taken upon entering. The woman at the front desk who helped me was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Carl, the nurse practitioner I saw, was also really friendly and had a great sense of humor. I came in needing stitches on my left hand and he explained each step, made sure I was ok, etc. Six stitches later my hand actually feels much better! This is now about 40 hours after the stitches and they are healing nicely and it looks like Carl stitched me up well! Overall I received really great care within a timely manner (I used the ‘save your place in line’ function) and have zero complaints. I was hesitant to come because about a year and a half ago I received poor treatment when I had what turned out to be a nasty larynx infection, but I’m really really glad I gave this clinic another shot!
Both the nurse practitioner and phlebotomist who saw me went the extra mile during my visit. They were kind and understanding, and tried their best to reassure me on a stressful day. I was not originally planning to drive all the way to 43rd and 39th, but the staff at this location was great. I wish I remembered names to credit them.
Horrible horrible place. They don’t care. Rude doctors. Will make you feel like you’re situation is insignificant. I’ve been to other care spots that have been great. This location is so bad.
My friend broke his head we got here to care spot at at 4: 30 pm they should closed at 8 pm they denied to help us and they say the doctor is leaving soon and they can’t receive more patients.how a nice clinic they have
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I saw a nurse practioner and she was excellent. I liked how I was able to schedule an appointment in that day. The facility was clean. The snacks and coffee were a nice treat.
Wait time very low, clean facility, friendly staff, doctor will take time to answer all of your questions without rushing.
First time coming here with my son that is ten months and was very sick. We waited two hours just to be seen even though we had an appt. I asked when the doctor would be coming as I thought they forgot about us and was rudely told that they only have one doctor and they are doing the best they can. Don’t overbook your only doctor then, just greed and rudeness as this place.
Ease of getting in to see someone or ability to schedule an appointment. Very qualified, friendly and professional staff.
I have taken family members on three different to carespot would rate each visit as a five. Today was very different. After four and half hours in a back room we got up and left. I give them a two only because the staff is caring. The mismanagement of appointments and walk-ins needs attention. It might be they doing such a good job at caring for people the are getting over run with clients. I’ll try again in hopes it is a five again.
Went because they said express 2 and a half hours later we left the doctor was with us 4 minutes they charged me 5 dollars more than my computer pay is
I have been to two places from three in town - Employees are pleasant, fast and professional.excellent service!
They were nice for the most part but the technician left a big bald spot in my head after a hair follicle drug screen. Nothing was done about it but a bunch of empty worries from the regional manger the location manager and technician found it very amusing. Wish I could post a picture
Your staff are wonderful. Would definitely come back to this location. They were very professional and kind. Thank you for making a bad day a little better.
The Drs here don't know ish, they do not have your best interest in mind they only wanna tell you what you want to hear.only you k ow your body, they act like they know your body better then you do! I bet if I was white I would get treated differently.
Everyone is caring, professional and friendly. Dr. Pam is an outstanding physician. She is so accurate on diagnosis and treatment. She too is very caring. I appreciate same day appts.
This was my second visit, even though the first time I was deeply disappointed (the nurse diagnosed an Ehrichiosis as appendicidis!) Similar disappointment this time. Waited in the room for over and hour, and nobody seemed to be too concerned. The procedure was sloppy, and the fact that the test came out negative is hard to trust. After wasting two hours, I still need to go to an actual doctor.
