I went to Carespot in Feb for the flu. I had never felt so sick in my entire life. When I walked in I was feeling very dizzy so they sat me in an exam room. The nurse came in to take my info and took my temp and BP. I could barely move and she expected me to sit up and fill out information on an ipad. She did not want to assist me and acted like all I was doing was bothering her. She had no compassion whatsoever - it was horrifying considering the industry she is in. I clearly was in really bad shape and yet I had to ask if she would lay down the chair so I didn't have to sit up. After waiting for over 2 hours I asked when the doctor would be in to see me. Their response was there was 9 patients ahead of me and they were moving me back to the lobby to free up the room. I said take me off the list because I don't want to wait another 2 + hours when I am feeling so sick, and that I was going to go to elsewhere. They asked me to hold on a minute and presented me with triage paperwork. This made me very upset as I knew they did that just to have something to bill for. Sure enough they billed my insurance for an exam and now I have a balance due. I could be wrong but I don't feel like a nurse taking my temp and BP should be charged as an exam fee as if I had seen a doctor. The nurse actually said my temp was NORMAL when it was >100 degrees. I never take time to leave reviews but my experience was so horrible I wanted everyone to know. I ended up being seen at Shands Springhill with a very short wait time and all the staff and nurses were VERY compassionate and caring. I will never, ever go back to this clinic ever again.

Scheduled an appointment. Came in a little early and they saw me early. Pleasant, friendly. Better than sitting in an ER for something that was not an emergency when primary not available b/c it was a weekend! Great place.

Honestly, I usually don’t do reviews, but I have to make an exception for superior service. I was a walk in on Sunday morning, no appointment, and only had to wait about ten minutes. The care I received from all the staff members was incredible and everyone was very knowledgeable.
I have always heard bad things about care spot in the past, so I was weary of going there, but it was Sunday morning and I didn’t really have another option. For everyone that has had a bad experience, please give them a second chance, as my medical care was above and beyond.

Ariana front desk receptionist is very rude seems like she doesn’t like her job and needs to find a new one. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience, friendly staff as well. Doctor explained everything down to the wire. Hope to not go back anytime soon. But if i do, Care Spot would be my first choice from now on.

I really liked my provider, Lisa Feindt, PA. She was very attentive and provided me with excellent care. Entire staff was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely return to thius facility if the need arose.

Called at 2pm and scheduled appt for 6pm to ensure that I would be able to be seen. Just for your information, appts are not the time you are seen, the appt is when you can sit and wait for all the walk ins to be seen.

So don't bother making an appt, it doesn't do anything but let you know when you started waiting. It's like a scheduled appt to wait.

I made the mistake of asking the front desk receptionist of the approximate remaining wait time after about an hour of my scheduled wait time (7pm). She, I'm sure frustrated, answered "I told you a hour and a half. " I thought to myself, "Sweet, only 30 more minutes to my potential unscheduled appointment. "

I forgot to mention the symphony of coughing, hacking, contagious walk ins to be seen. It went something like:

Cough, Cough, sniff, sniff, hack-
Sniff, sniff, hack, cough-

Like what I would imagine Mozart would sound like if he were sick.

Nevermind the huge box of mask on the front desk for the sick to wear. Nay to disease spreading germs to others, they coughed in harmony.

Here I sit, huddled in a corner with my personal bottle of Germ-x, wanting to spray the room with Lysol and my shirt over my nose and mouth like Sheldon.

Ladies and gentlemen, could it be a Christmas miracle? Did I just hear my name.but it's only 7: 15, I still have 15 minutes of scheduled wait time per the charming front desk receptionist.

It will be a joyous holiday season!

Did I mention that I'm not sick and here for a physical?
Probably sick now.

And to all a goodnight

They have a horrible policy/system at this urgent care that a person can reserve a spot ONLINE instead of being physically in the clinic. This means I was checking in my 5 year old that had a 102.6 fever at 11am and they told me I would have to wait til 4: 30pm to see anyone unless one of the online reservations was a no show. There was only 1 other patient waiting in the waiting room. This is a bad idea of a use of technology to deny real patients medical attention. I expect if Im at starbucks for someone to cut in line by using the app to place their order but it is morally wrong to allow anyone to take away the ability to be seen by a doctor from the use of a website from their couch. Absolutely the worst thing I’ve seen in a long time. My girl was seen down the road immediately at the ER on 39th and had a serious viral infection and high fever. Disgusting ignorance of the tech addicted society.
