Minimum wait time. Doctor and nurse were very acommodating and professional. Received lots of info about my condition and future health care.

Perfect example of how NOT to treat customers. Their scheduling system is more a "suggestion" of order. Seemingly having no real use in the day to day running of their business. The customers mere cattle, and treated as such. They "schedule" as many heads of cattle as possible no matter how many ranch hands are actually on duty. Very disappointing.

I was told about Care Spot in Coral Spring by a friend. Receptionist she is very friendly and professional (Jamaican receptionist, you rock girl). The Spanish nurse in the back office made me feel at home.very lovely and caring, beautiful personality. Doc Krishtul was amazing, meeting him for the first time I felt comfortable talking to him about my illness, he explained everything to me and advised me how to get to the root of my problem. Care Spot will definitely see me again for sure. Thanks to all the amazing staff working there.

I was very pleased with my experience here. All the staff was friendly, and efficient and the facility was clean and modern.

Dr. Porras is rude and condescending. She does not listen and had the nerve to go back and forth with me in the waiting room, then listed her degrees to prove her point. Her degrees do not give her the right to speak to me the way that she did. I also have degrees and she couldn't do my job. She also has to listen to diagnose accurately, and if the treatment she issued was done before and didn't work; it is her job to find an alternate resolution. I will never go back because of her.

I will NOT go back and DO NOT Recommend!

Was there last week with breathing issues. Waited 1hr 30min. Then asked the receptionist how much longer and she said it would be another 30 to 45 min. I explained the reason why I was there and she told me to have a seat in a manner that was unnecessary. I Couldn't wait any longer as my breathing was getting more and more labored, I decided to leave and go to the hospital. (Best decision)

Please don't bother to contact me. Looking at the reviews it's clear that there's no consideration to the costumers, as there's complains after complains over care and your receptionist.

I will NOT go back and DO NOT Recommend!

I was extremely happy with my experience at this place. I was seen right away thanks to online scheduling in advance. I found the receptionist to be on top of her game & very helpful. I was seen and examined by a doctor that gave the right assessment and medication for my ailment.

The online scheduling process is simple and user friendly. The front desk/receptionist/spokesmodel person is an asset to the facility. She’s efficient and professional yet friendly at the same time. The nurse was gentle and explained exactly what she was doing and what I could expect going forward. The doctor is compassionate and I just liked him! Definitely will use this facility for my family and myself in the future.

My daughter, Maya went to this urgent care with intestinal pain and was turned away by the receptionist/nurse claiming the facility didn’t have ultrasound without even the doctor checking her to ascertain the problem. She went to another urgent care and was properly seen abs examined, and given antibiotics and told to keep a clear liquid diet and given referrals to gastrointestinal doctors. We are outraged that their was no human compassion or decency to at least have a doctor check her before dismissing her based on her providing her symptoms.

This place really do not deserve any stars. The Jamaican receptionist and the nurse working that night (Karen-Nurse Practitioner) we're horrible! I brought my mom in (because she was just released from ICU after 5 days of being there after a very intense emergency surgery). We arrived 20 mins before their closing time. My mom was super weak and needed assistance to walk from the car to the door. That rude, unpleasant, "Uncle Tom" acting receptionist just sat there with a disgust look on her face sipping on her coffee. As she and her very quiet side kick just watched, she rudely asking what's the problem. As I try to explain, she abruptly interrupted and made it clear they can not serve her. As I begin to explain to her that she didn't let me finish;my mom was also tried to explain the service she was requesting (as she struggling to talk because she was winded after walking and in a weak state). Then the nurse comes out with an annoyed attitude and also redirected the requested service to the ER. The receptionist was more intrigued to argue with the customer with such cold-hearted demeanor other than show some care. I asked her what her name was and she replied by saying that she dod nothing wrong. I even asked if they had a walker or wheel chair so I could transport my mom back to the car (I was seriously concerned that she might fall or pass out in her state of weakness), no one answered and just had a smerk on their faces as we exit. Very unprofessional, trashy, and inconsiderate! I really expected more from this location. By the other reviews other people had similar experience with this rude, inconsiderate, brash receptionist. The only reason I'm writing this review so others in the future wouldn't have to experience such treatment in the future. I sure hope the manager/owner make a drastic change soon.

Doctor was very insistent that I get to the DR immediately and ultimately that was responsible for saving my life.
