I had the best experience ever! I usually get nervous going to urgent cares but this urgent care was the best I’ve ever been to. The medical assistant was a very sweet lady and made this experience wonderful. The doctor was so sweet and explained everything very well. I didn’t feel embarrassed at all. The ladies at the front were very nice and informative and I drove all the way from Daytona Beach, just to come here. I love Care Spot, thank you for being awesome!

Came to get stitches removed from my hand. They said I had to wait 14 days to get them out even with the note from the doctor. He said 5-7. Upon simple research you can find that simply isn't true. Either the doctor got his degree from a cerial box or they are just to lazy to see me.

Every single person I encountered was above and beyond friendly. I didn't have to wait long at any phase, they listed, they were understanding, and the entire experience was positive.

Prompt and efficient service. They are courteous and always professional and provide a clean environment to address all health concerns in a timely fashion.

I got tested 13 days ago and I still haven’t gotten my results. I have called many times and no one ever answers.

Service was quick, but not very thorough. I think the women at the front desk could use some basic customer service training.

Extremely disappointed in lack of care. Son had been progressively sicker for a week before coming for treatment. $160 later, no tests run, coughed all over him, said "you might have an ear infection, " for which he was given 3 days of antibiotics. When I called a few days later to follow up as he was worse, they said he'd have to be re-evaluated (another $160) but that they couldn't do chest xray nor flu test. Thankfully I instead chose CareNow who got us right in, thoroughly examined him, tested him for mono & flu, did chest xray as doctor didn't like sound of lungs & wheezing, & diagnosed with bronchitis & walking pneumonia (how could you not pick up on that?), all for less than what CareSpot charged for doing just about nothing and has him on the road to recovery. Second disappointing experience w CareSpot over the course of 3 years.

Tetanus shot required.was in and out in under 10 minutes.place is immaculate.front desk staff was efficient and professional.

My PA was great, but the lady at the front checking me out was AWFUL! Candice was so rude and obnoxious that I literally had to ask for someone else to help me. I asked her if my prescriptions were being sent to the pharmacy she said she didn't know so I could take the hard copies. The point was to not have to wait at the pharmacy so I asked her to confirm and told her the pharmacy and location. She exhaled loudly and rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. She came back and said it was being sent to publix on Hodges. I advised that's NOT the location I told her it needs to be sent to and she huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes again and snatched the paper out of my hand. I asked her what the issue was and she snapped back. Sonia was finally kind enough to step in and had me taken care of immediately and apologized for everything. To be clear, my PA was great, Sonia was great, Candice was rude and obnoxious

I was able to schedule an appointment very easily. They are open late enough that I was able to go after work. They also got me in and out quickly.

I first used this Carespot when we moved to Hodges and my daughter came down with Scarlet Fever on moving day. (Talk about timing.)

At the time, I picked them because they were close, and in our insurance plan. But I kept going, because I was impressed with the speed, courtesy, and quality-of-care.

Over the years, I've lost count of how many times I've used this clinic for myself and my children. We've used every option from walk-in, to appointments, to "save my place in line". In all cases, we're given realistic information about our wait-time, and (if we're in person) reasonable options on how to spend it.

When we're called, we're seen and treated quickly. The staff are professional and courteous. The medical care was excellent.

The Nurse Candice called me paranoid for going in to make sure I don’t have the flu. Am I supposed to pretend that I’m a doctor and that I know what virus or infection I have? That’s why I went there! I will never return to someone who is condescending to people that went there for help. I have never been more dissatisfied with a business. Not to mention I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. And charged $220 for basically nothing.

Very clean establishment. Fast and friendly service. I truly felt like I was at a PCM physician.

This CareSpot is the closest to where we live and since its opening we have often been turned away. THe provider has also refused care to see us after reccomendation of our children's pediatrician - due to our kids testing positive for the flu. CareSopt Jax Beach, CareSpot Monument Road and even the one on Southside near JTB has better service.

By the way there was another urgent care that was able to treat me same day I tried to go to this CareSpot the other day. American Family Care had little to no wait. They are on San Pablo and Atlatnic Blvd.
