I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I came in for an appointment in the afternoon, and had to wait for an hour. The wait was not a problem. When I finally get back to see the Dr.he asks me some questions and asked me to move my arms. I then get told by him I may have a cervical herniated disk and referred me somewhere else for a specialist.no other examinations were done and I got prescribed painkillers but due to their side effect I cannot take them while at work. For the amount of money I paid to be seen here, I think I would have been better off going to an emergency dept.
So I am here at work in pain and waiting to see a specialist on Thursday and there is nothing I can do. The instructions I were given were vague for the treatment and unfortunately they do not inform my employer what I can and cannot do, which makes my situation worse.

If you are an Urgent care then someone should be able to be seen in an Urgent manner, especially a 7 years old who has had a fever for more than 48 hours. Being told the wait time is 5 hours is unprofessional and not to mention a threat to a child's well being. SHAME ON YOU

7: 45pm Friday, January 12th, 2018.
After checking me in under the wrong name, which when I pointed out to what front desk worker she rolled her eyes murmuring "ughhh". I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my scheduled visit time before they finally took me to the back and took my vitals (my temperature was 104). They gave me flu and strep tests that both came up negative then the MA said "the provider will be with you in a minute". After waiting for about 20 minutes with no sign of anything, MA came back in and brought me some Tylenol. The provider (the only one not treating me like a number that they wanted to get out) came around 10-15 minutes after my Tylenol and looked down my throat and determined a proper diagnosis. She prescribed me antibiotics and naprosyn for my fever to start that night, and I told her publix pharmacy closed at 9.she went out of her way and said she would have the orders sent over to Walgreens at beach and university because its 24/7, she was very sweet and helpful. She didn't give me physical paperwork to get the scrip filled, just had it called in and requested. They never got it and couldn't fill anything (which could have been an error on Walgreens end) I tried calling urgent care back but they were closed. Now I'm standing in Walgreens on the other side of town with a fever of 104, with nothing that they could do for me so I left. I drove back to the other side of town to get home and to make matters worse, there was an accident and traffic was dead stopped. After waiting in traffic with my fever of 104 for 45 minutes I finally made it home, drenched in sweat and defeated. I called the next morning and Carol politely answered the phone, providing excellent service. She got it taken care of and had them re-sent to a publix right next to my house. Aside from the providers professionalism and thoroughness, and Carol's excellent service and eagerness to fix the issue; the rest of the team: from check-in, to back office, to whoever sent the prescription, were responsible for the worst healthcare I have ever experienced.

Friendly staff, was seen within a very reasonable amount of time. Love the electronic records, I was signed in and verified in just a few minutes with their ipad device.

This place is very rude every nurse in there is rude do not come. You can tell they're nurses something and they don't recall you telling them anything of that nature and saying it's not on paperwork so it's not true.

I ended up in the hospital within 24-hours of leaving here with no medication, no tests, no evaluation and
no advice. They justified sending me off with nothing by saying they were supporting public health: I paid them for caring for my personal health. Money lost here and during my, avoidable, hospital stay.

If I could give no stars I would. I arrived st the location at 7: 50 am needing a shot and at 8am the provider was not there. Waited till 830 to be told that it was outside Physician and they didn't know when the physician would be there and was told I could go to a different location instead.

Waste of time and $
Larger people DONT go here for an X-ray!
There equipment can't handle over 300lbs.
After calling ahead to make sure they could do an X-ray, making an appt then waiting an additional 1 & 1/2 hrs to be seen- informing staff of my height & weight then waiting another 30 min. Then Not only was I told they couldn't perform an X-ray the dr moved a limb, causing More damage (the ER dr later told me) I was even charged for the services unrendered at check out!

Very knowledgeable and friendly team that helped me when my doctor not available. They also followed up by text and and reminded me to go to my primary care doctor

Front office, nurse practitioner and the Doctor were all friendly, helpful and fast. We just went in for a student sports physical. The convenience draws us to CareSpot but we've had two bad experiences at the location in Neptune Beach and vowed not to go back. The location at Beach and Hodges was, surprisingly, the Polar Opposite.

They were honest with me to inform me they were booked completely until after 7 pm the morning I called. Once I arrived at my scheduled time, I was in and out in 40 minutes total. They were efficient and thorough with my concerns and exam.
