Easy to get into parking lot. Waited 1 hour with no appointment (2 tires and alignment).
Friendly, bi lingual (spanish and english), helpful.
Small room to wait in. Good work. Would use their services again.

I got my front brakes done and they were cheaper then other places that I checked. My family and I have gone there for years and never had any complaints.

Been going to carlitos for my tires and alignments for many years. I continue to go there for the personalized service. Prices are always fair and competitive. I've had many lowered cars and they are able to align it with the rack they have.

I think I am using Carlitos tire more than 8 to 10 years. Always they treated me with respect. Their assessments and cuote are reliable and the best. I feel very confident about their jobs in my car.

Best tire shop in town. My truck handles so much better with the wheel alignment and tires that were put on. Thanks guys!

Would have giving it 5 stars here why, brought 4 tires and had wheel alignment done. All the tires had different air pressure on each of them 43-47 in the front and 33-39 on the rear tires.front was to stiff rough ride.easy fix but they didn't check before I left and I didnt ride long before noticing it.wheel alignment was done a little to fast for me.giving it time I'll know if it was done correctly, all in all carlitos are hard working people and very respectful, i would recommend there shop and will do business with them again just this time DOUBLE CHECK THE TIRES PRESSURE! It make a difference in the Ride

Took my car to replace a tire. Got it back with tire sensor not working. Ask them to look at it. They say there is no guarentee once i leave. Another customer in shop complaining and they were so rude to her. They are rude and agressive.wouldnt step foot in shop.

Seriously, never had an issue going here, it's staff is efficient and attentive, seemingly honest and upfront. Only reason I do not give it a 5 is lack of inventory, which is only an inconvenience, it's not like it is done on purpose. They are fast, prices are competitive for sure. Recommended definitely if you need 1-2 replacement tires or a reserve exchange, not sure about a whole new set situation, never had to do that but I know they offer full services, like balancing and rotation.

Been coming here for a year now. Great, personal service. Listened to my concerns, recommended tires that were inexpensive and said anything more would be more money for not enough benefit.

The only reason why I am giving three stars is because I went to get my tires done but have a broken bolt in the wheel and I have a 98 Mercedes unfortunately it needs to be torched out and they don't have a torch so if you have a problem like that most likely you would not be able to use their services otherwise they're pretty good

Almost 2 hours just to replace a tire and the person at the front desk needs to learn some respect and how to be more profetional, when you ask anything nobody pay attention to you, really bad place.

This is the best tire shop in Orlando, I have gone there since 2002 and they always have the fairest prices and best service around.

Not a good place for pick up truck alignment. Had to bring my truck twice the third time I was told that I need 2 rotate the tires. (New tire less than 50 miles.) Ended up somewhere else. When I compared their service print out to Carlitis, it was completely off. I showed to the teck and they were surprised as how bad it was. Never again.

I came to Carlito's Tires 8 ago. Today I came to have my car fix. I love how professional they're, and the fact that everyone is friendly and respectful. All I need it to be done and ask for my vehicle It was done.

A friend suggested I come here. So glad I did! Great prices and quick service. I went in for a set of tires and while I was there, I asked about a dent in my bumper. They popped it out as a courtesy! Will defiantly be returning and suggesting them to my friends and family!

I brought my grandmas 03 Prius to get an alignment. Before they did the job, they informed and showed me that my inner tie rod was bent. And that I had to fix that before I can get an alignment. They didn’t charge me for the time they spent to inspect the car. I appreciated they’re honesty. When I fix the car I’m coming back. Thanks
