Carlitos Tires, Orlando FL

We were looking for a cheap price to rotate and balance our tires (we're selling our car). The job was completed but we were over charged. When my husband complained, owner said rudely that the job was already done, so we paid. Never again!

A very busy shop, but that only speaks to the quality of the work they do. Every experience I have had at Carlitos has been a positive one; I have returned multiple times for additional work and will continue to refer to them and return there myself!

The guys at this shop did a very good alignment on my lowered 335i at a great price! I walked in and service was prompt and professional. Had my car done in less than a half hour. I took my car to another shop 4 times and they couldn't get the alignment right. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

I am very disappointed to say that I had an upsetting experience here. In an effort to have my husband on the phone while it was explained what was wrong, the person at the front desk (which I assume is Carlos) wanted my husband to call him directly excluding me from the conversation. While I had my husband on speaker, the person walked away with my cell phone not allowing me to hear. I confronted him on how rude that was and he had no right to walk away with my phone. Instead of apologizing, he got belligerent saying he only speaks to one person. It was an unpleasant experience.

It is very disappointing to say that people are not treated well here. Person at front desk (which I assume is Carlos) walks away in the middle of the conversation, doesn't clearly explain what might be wrong, makes it difficult to ask questions. Part of it is probably because he is busy, it still doesn't excuse it.

I can't speak for the work because at the end he eventually said I didn't need any work done. I still don't know if that's the case or he said it because I confronted him.

I am very upset that I brought my car to Carlitos tire for an alignment because my car kept on pulling to the right side. They supposeably did it and my car is exactly the same I'm not sure if they just charged me and never did the alignment or what.but I won't ever go back for service.

Went in for a used tire and waited an hour and 40mins for it. That's ridiculous for a tire swap, I could have went anywhere else in town and been out in 30mins tops. Not happy at all

I needed a tire plugged on my Honda Pilot because it had a nail in it - these guys did a great, fast repair with a very fair price. I'll be back and I highly recommend.

I use Carlitos Tires service since they opened business. For tires and some mechanical issues, I take my cars to Carlitos. Carlos, Kenny and all the staff will always do the job I expect.

Simply a hidden gem in Orlando. If you need tires, alignment, simple mechanical work ie: suspensions, struts, tie rods, CV axles, brakes etc.prices can't be beat. Carlitos is not exactly friendly, he has a gruff no nonsense kinda vibe, but he is never rude. Funny signs in waiting room remind me of old school garages. Great place.

This tire shop has been helping my mother and I for years now. They are polite, fast, and best prices in orlando!

I brought a car to get checked out before making the purchase. I watched them take their time and check the car well, so well, that I was impressed by the attention they paid, and thus, I am writing this review! Great care and attentive to clients.
