I had a really good experience with CarMax I’m a first time buyer and not a lot of places were willing to work with me like CarMax was, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or finance a vehicle

Very good experience. Came in with a list of my top 3 cars and got the top one! The car buying expensive was easy and with no pressure at all. Only downside was the length of time the paperwork took but it was a Sunday afternoon so I kinda get it. Overall, glad I went in and was able to test drive a few vehicles at my leisure. This is the second car I’ve bought from CarMax. Will do it again when the need arises! I should also add that it was very clean and everyone wore masks. I frequently saw someone going to clean the tables after someone got up. I was very comfortable there in the midst of the pandemic and test drove the vehicles alone with my family.

Took a little longer than expected and sales person was a little slow but it was pretty much easy.

Bought our car without any problems! Easy and fast. They really do make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Thank you to our salesman, Mike, who gave us excellent customer service.

We have always had amazing experiences here. The sales person we got was an older woman and she started our experience out terribly. All we wanted to do was see what they had on the lot first (which is what we have always done). When we asked she pushed back and when I made it clear that we didn't know what kind of car we wanted so can we PLEASE go to the lot first, she responded with "well you won't find anything, but go ahead and look! " Turned out she was wrong and 2 of the 4 cars we liked were available. But her attitude was so stinky that we just left.

A lot of policies have changed and the sales associates have to work 3 times harder for the same commissions. Great place to get a car. Walk in and personally meet with a sales person, you will have a better experience.

Just wanted to say I picked up my car that I had transferred to a location closer to me. And victor was a pleasure to work with when I went to the dealer. From start to finish he helped me and it was the best experience ever.

I went to CarMax located at The one in Sanford 901Towne Center Blvd Sanford Florida 32771. I want to pay a car it was very easy.the lady that helped her name is Gale. I really want her get every bit of credit and I definitely was super happy and satisfied I give her an A-Plus sincerely Carmen.

We came and look for Lexus RX350 here. Although we did not end up buying a car from them, the customer service is way beyond our expectation. I recommend their staff Sheldon who is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about cars.

The car I went to see had already been sold. My Carmax Rep helped us test drive several cars. The one I was interested in was already sold, but they were able to locate another in Knoxville, TN. It was here in 24 hours and was perfect. I asked that all Carmax badging be removed and it was done immediately. Carmax replaced the batteries in both keys, filled the tank and off I went. I've had the vehicle about 5 weeks and love it!

Easy to shop withour pressure, Complete transaction was easy from shopping to financing. Didn't have to spend 4-5 hours like at a standard dealership. Pete Whyte was great and easy to work with.
