CarMax, Sanford FL

We found a car like we wanted on the CarMax site and asked to have it shipped into the local CarMax. When it arrived, we found it just as we anticipated. We were greeted by two very nice gentlemen who made us comfortable as we were guided through the purchase process. There was never any pressure to buy and the entire transaction was quick and painless. I would buy from CarMax again.

2nd time buyer at CarMax. We won't go anywhere else to buy a car. The CarMax website is awesome and easy to use and the Sales and Service people are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We will be back!

Best car buying experience ever! Gail Carpenter is a great salesperson, attuned to her customer, attentive to the things you need to know about the process. I'd buy there again.

Had an appointment for a car appraisal. They took almost an hour, didnt even crank the vehicle and offered $1500 less than the dealership across the street.

I love Carmax and would buy all of my cars from there. My sales consultant was Kim she was amazing. She gave me knowledge on my car and also gave me a different variety of cars she felt I would like. She did not try to just sell me any old car and make her sell. Everyone here is honest and will give you the best deal. Thanks again Carmax I love my Elantra.

Process was unorganized. The initial greeting was warm but after that felt like just an account. End result.got a car. Customer service needs some work. Especially in the finance department.
