25Shipment was suppose to be delivered on 1/7/2015. My shipment sat in Atlanta for 6 days. Reason given was they had a high amount of material to move. IT SAT FOR 6 DAYS!
BEWARE Driver picked up wrong pallet, they agree to redeliver instead shipped and then tried to charge me $599 to redeliver, then dropped to $500. I agree after she threated to salvage my pallet unless I paid
Unreliable shipping company, changed delivery date several times and still no one knows when it is suppose to arrive. Can't believe anything they say as communication is lousy. Good luck for anyone using this for their business
The worst company to work for. The shop has inexperienced people that don't know what a qualified DOT inspection is. Every trailer fails and yet other shifts send out dangerous equipment. Management is awful and is eager to stab you in the back if you say anything. They will tell you flat not to say a word and threatened with your job. Shop manager hides behind the district manager. To many things to list. Stay away if you have any morals. Why DOT hasn't come in and fine the crap out of this place. If you want to be treated like garbage then this is your place.
The worst shipping company around. If you want your shipment to take weeks and want customer service agents to give you the run around then Central Transport is the company to use.
