Absolutely the worst. I'm doing Door dash. Waiting on these people while I'm working makes me look bad. Also, every place I go to gives the customer's name on the receipt. I had 2 orders with no info on the bags.

Good fast food option. Doibke drive thru lanes and some outdoor seating. The double checker burger with cheese was yummy!

Our order was wrong, tried to contact company via link on website (won’t let us submit it).
Ordered a #1 only patty, cheese, bacon, bun.
Received pickle, Mayo, tomato, onion, no bacon.
No straws for drinks, no sauce for the chicken.
My fiancé’s lunch went right in the trash.
Unfortunately this has happened the last few times we’ve tried to eat here.

I was the only car in drive through when I place my order, I was asked to pull over and wait at least 10 -15 minutes when the person came out she informed me they were out of the dipping sauce I had asked for, did not feel like waiting any longer for the person to go back into the store and come back out with a different choice. The food was not that good as well the new chicken tenders were overcooked and not satisfying because I had no sauce. This is why I don't frequent this store.

Very poorly run. I work close to establishment. Never open on time, never have change, cannot serve you sometimes because manager is not there, I’ve even been told they’re out of hamburgers, the only reason I keep going is because it’s quick and easy. Today is my last day. Sat in line for five minutes before I realized they weren’t even open yet even though the sign says open 30 minutes ago. Very poorly run very poorly run
The craziest thing I’ve ever seen for a fast food chain. Wow let’s blame Covid 19.

I am a food delivery driver. I have a pick order from this store at 10: 35 am. The sign says they open at 10: 00. The woman says they are not open until 11. There are three other vehicles in the parking lot besides mine. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. This does not make me happy. And I'm sure it does not make the customers happy either. She was very rude.

Good food good prices and they have been there for many, many years gotta be doing something! Keep up the awesome service and food thanks!

Me and two other groups order food and they put it all on the counter and made us figure out who's food was who.as if I want a random customer with dirty hands touching my food cuz someone doesn't want to do their job

Kid employees were playing around inside before attending to me at the window. And no hairnets on while making food. Not going back to that one

I love checkers food but I was very disappointed with the checkers on northlake. I bought lunch for my daughter and myself at the drive thru, I live less than 5 minutes away and got home with my food my fries were cold, my burger barely warm and dry, daughter my chicken bites were old and dried out. Very disappointed I called too speak with the manager and the phone just rang no one bothered to answer. It will be along time before I eat here again.

OMG who and what processed y'all to put miracle whip on a burger. Nasty as hell. Completely ruined my appitite. What happened to the mayo?

It would be a zero but it doesn't allow me to give a zero. Cheeseburger was cold, fries were soggy right from the window. Horrible food and basically no Service. Couldn't even pour a rootbeer.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we visited this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a beautiful time there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained team and a distinguished chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt come back very soon. Highly recommended.

I order through DoorDash and only got part of my order I don't blame Door Dash it was the workers at blame it wasn't a big order no reason for them to leave part of it out but they did.

Northlake Branch is far from clean. The customer service is terrible. Someone needs to get a mop and a broom and clean that place or just close it down. Terrible service! Start hiring quality people instead of the current.

The cashier was terrible. I went on 09/29/18 @ 1Am she was rude, terrible, no goo customer service skills. Our checker burger was nasty and cold. Didn’t even taste like a checker burger, I noticed because I buy checker burgers from checkers almost every night, but this time I was very disappointed. NEVER AGAIN.

I came during overnight hours and my food was stale and not fresh. It wasn't even a line in the drive thru so there was no reason my food wasn't fresh and talk about being rude the employees have attitudes for no reason

Great shakes, but I was disappointed in the quality of the whipped cream. It has an odd flavor. Not very "real" tasting. But the shakes are thick and yummy. I like the mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara sauce. Staff seems friemdly enough.

Disgusting! Would not feed this to pigs! The ice cream smelled like spoiled milk and they refused to take it back!

Messed up my food it was cold n they have bad attitudes like that don't wanna be there stay home won't be going back had better service down town.phone always busy when you try and call to make a complaint
