Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Sanford FL

Had a hiccup in order but Mark the manager fixed it promptly and we were satisfied. Meal was flavorful and had enough for another meal later. Thank you Marc for going the extra mile.

This may come as no surprise to the manager Mark, our visit was less then enjoyable. Now the monte crisco tasted amazing, plate display was poor. My daughters chicken pot pie was burnt, Watery, and dry, over cooked chicken.

Customer service was ok, original waitress left with no turn over. We didn’t know we got a new waitress, then shortly after could tell our service declined.

To many menu options, which is great for some. I just can justify quantity over quality.

The food was not right and it took a long time to get our food. I ordered ribs and it was burned the broccoli caserole was like soup.

Terrible and very slow service, nasty/sticky table that they actually made worse when they cleaned it. Food was I'll prepared and tasteless. Seemed like it was old/stale/left over. No bags for take out. The news reports are right: Cheddars has REALLY changed and none of it for the better. Sad.

Service was so bad, refill ask couple time, kids food which order early with dinks told want feed them now, didn't come out after adults n grill cheese for kids cold said she put in together, which we told first off need feed them now couldn't find her when needed something, like mayo for sandwiches n eat them plain, still left tip, but nice to have service n leave nice tips, we are in the bartender/waitress also

Customer service in this restaurant has never been the best. However i love the bourbon sauce with the grilled salmon so, that keeps making me come back. Three stars are just for the food. When it comes to customer service my experience has been either rushed or server takes forever to come to your table. Orders at the bar have always come out wrong. So I just order ahead now and take out. This is way better and faster and don't have to deal with some of the rude staff.

I love this place! The atmosphere, food and service were all excellent. There were plenty of low-fat choices and a nice variety to the menu! I would highly recommend it!

Great place to take friends and or family. Service is some of the best I've ever received. Great food of all sorts from seafood to steaks and burgers.

I love the cheddars in Daytona Fl but this one here in Sanford is just a bit too dirty and the service is slow and it’s not even peak dinner time yet. The food was also extremely salty. Drink was brought to me in a dirty cup, the bathrooms were a mess, and a fly was hovering around the dinner table. Waitress was nice so didn’t not bring this to her attention I just think someone running a restaurant should be aware of things like this.

The food was delicious, I tried my mom's chicken potpie it was a little bit bland and a little runny that she had. The waitress was not with it today.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the seating to the 40 minutes it took to get cold appetizers. Our waitress was nice however she could not make up for the extreme time it took to get the food. Overall the food was ok but we also didn’t receive several items we ordered. The manager was less than helpful and just sort of stared at us when we voiced our issues. Long story short we won’t be returning.
