Chick-fil-A, Jacksonville FL

Store is still closed for dine in with massive drive thru lines and wait times and they lost our order in the shuffle. Employees were fantastic regardless but I must say this specific store’s policies are unsupportive of military service members. They only offer an outrageous flat 40 CENT discount for service members IN UNIFORM.

We don't have one of these where I live so Everytime I am here, it's my favorite place to eat. Waffle fries and chicken nuggets

I got grilled nugget meal & asked for a diet lemonade with light ice. I assume they think light means 80% ice.

If you feel like grabing a bite low calorie.please do try salads I dont mind the line when i know am gonna have a fresh 100% natural diet lemonade

Location going downhill. Customer service feels like a McDonald's atmosphere. Lady taking my order was rude and kept rushing me. Then they didn't even get my order right.kinda disappointing for a chick fila

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in Jax in my opinion. Employees do not seem to care about their jobs at all.
Orders are always made incorrectly.
Save your time and go to Town Center.

Slowest Chick-fil-A in the Southeast. They need to move to a bigger site with more space. So many Zaxby’s in Jacksonville not sure how they stay in business.

Slowest Chick-fil-A in Jax. This is the second time & the last time I will come to this location. Staff has no sense of urgency, doesn’t care that you just spent 20 minuets in line to order & this is the least friendly location in Jax in my honest opinion. I really hate to write this review because as a chain, the food & service is fantastic. This specific location on the other hand, needs a lot of improvement.

Slowest Chick-fil-A! Consistently slow! I only keep going here because it's the most convenient one to me. The staff, including management, doesn't look like they even care. This location never puts staff outside to move the line quicker like most Chick-fil-A's are so great at doing.

The food was made to order and was very tasty. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. Pleasant experience.

Chick-fil-A food never disappoints. Nothing exciting, but dependable, tasty and fresh. Quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant is never a concern. In the department I work in at our company, we take turns on Friday bringing in breakfast for the 4 of us. It's been a longstanding tradition with us and we all look forward to it.

I don't like getting a Christian blessing from a fast food joint. Just give me my food. Don't assume I'm your denomination

Fast service great for a fried chicken sandwich or fried nuggets i also like the cool wrap.i dont recomend the grilled chicken here.

Love my number one fried chicken sandwich with polonese Sauce waffle fries with the honey roasted barbecue sauce the best

Huge crowd moved (15) cars moved in less than ten minutes. Grilled nuggets were yummy! Always fast and friendly!

Today was not pleased today. Customer service was not at it's best today. But I did get my food hot and fresh so that was a plus. New employees should have a better attitude when working drive thru. Sorry for me inconveniencing you. Been going down for a while.

I really love this place. It is a little pricey but i love it any way. I tried a new sauce for me called garlic ranch, i believe that was the name of it. I liked it a lot but it has a little heat to it. Now it may not bother the average person for some reason i cant eat anything hot. It started last year and i dont know why.

Operator: Robert Kramer.you have failed sir. I purchased a family pack of 30 nuggets, 2 large fries and all you give me is 2 ketchup and 2 sauces. Really dude. 2 sauces for 30 nuggets. Get off your iPhone and work the drive thru bro, you suck.
