Chick-fil-A, Jacksonville FL

Such good chicken. Love their chicken breakfast burritos. Great like all of they're locations. Extremely fast service and friendly staff. And very clean. I know this chain is held to a very high standard at every location and I'm happy every time I go to a new one and see the same high quality.

Chick-fil-A is Always 100% customer service & cleaniness. While other companies cut corners with food quality, just do the minimum for customer satisfaction. I once went to the place famous for golden arches just to get a tea & the employee whom ignored me the only person there, responded harshly "And what do you want! " I'll never return.

I absolutely love this place they are definitely on top of the fast food game in here. Never realized they had so many people working but it seems to work for them. Bathrooms are surprisingly clean unlike some places.will definitely return to this location.

Just had to drive all the way back to the store. Order was completely wrong. No apology at all. The employee who got it wrong thought it was a joke and laughed. They should post a huge sign that says CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. That way if I dont check it then that's on me.

Good choice for a quick bite. They offer choices of fried or grilled, chicken sandwiches. Fried nuggets, waffle friesand salads. A variety of soft drinks, the lemonade is particularly good. The also have soft serve ice cream. They can make floats if you ask. The staff are famously polite and courteous.

Bathrooms dirty and out of toilet paper, 8 employees huddled around one table during a rush, and there was literally glitter all over my sandwich, when I returned it, I was offered no apology. Wanted to update to say I sat behind this table of employees and noticed one of them zooming in and taking pictures of a customer!
