Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in a bank before. Horrible … terrible…. I don’t understand why …. Forgive us for being your customers, they are rude in general but the rudest one is call Carmen …

This branch is the worst, you have to wait for hours to be seen, what is the manager doing about this.

I have been trying to contact the branch in general for two weeks and its imposible, I wrote to my personal banker and I think he has his mail as an ornament but certainly not as a method of communication, terrible attention

Worst Citibank branch I’ve ever been to. No customer service at all. Avoid if you can. A pity this bank does not have other branches nearby.

This branch of the Citi Bank is the total mess! I hate myself being a client of this bank every single time when I visit this place. If you decide to go there, don’t plan anything for the rest of the day coz you’ll get stuck there for all day! Dear CitiBank, you have to do something about it!

The worst Citibank in the world by far. Disorganized and a complete Joke. Had an appointment at 1: 00pm wasn’t helped until 2: 00pm what’s the point of the appointment? Who has time to waste like that at the place holding all your money hostage. Go to a different branch because this one should be shut down

Sergio Loumbert - banker had us waiting 2 hours in the line to say “ he cant sign power of attorney notary documents “ that i usually got it signed on this branch.

Ridiculous service.

A very long time, the manager does not know how to work, disgusting, wait an hour and all in vain

The people in the branch are super nice but most Citi banks now don't drive thrus so I can't give them 5 stars.

I have my consulting business account with Citibank for over 10 years. This Citibank is so lazy.they can't even print out bank statements, so I can complete my taxes. I would not recommend Citibank for small business owners. Go to Chase instead. These people do not do business banking productive and effective.

Run far from this bank while you can this bank has many issues nasty/ rude employees that don't show much interest in helping you the wait times to see a banker is a joke 2+ hours etc their reviews online are bad they need to fire everyone here and start over or retrain their staff immediately before their place gets any worse their branch manger Sergio and his assistant manager anateresa are a joke very nasty/rude they act like their better than you and look down at you as if thou your a lower breed of life form etc I wouldn't recommend this bank to anybody you have been warned!

Recently tried to open and account at this branch and I am a disable person who happens to be on dialysis at the age of 31 so I had treatment that morning which I always wear short and a T-shirt because I’m there for 4 hours of my life. I was doing a little shopping at the mall and passed by this branch to open a new account as I banked with citi previously and the personal banker decided to judge me based on my apperence. I started to notice that she was advising me things like well you know our instant card machine is down so if you need a dead immediately then you have to wait 5-7 business days so I was flabbergasted that she decided to mention that so I said it’s not s problem she asked what I do for work. I work at a bank that offers finance but we don’t have retail products like checking and savings we only offer a prepaid card. So then she started asking why I was in the area if I live in Hollywood mind you I use to bank at the Dania beach branch and Pembroke Pines branch previously and she started asking me the most suspicious questions and she proceeded to the back and brought this faudulenr checksystems declination letter which contained nothing of my personal information. So I left quietly because I knew I was not in cheksystems as I periodically check all my consumer reports. So I went to another branch and they changed my opinion about Citibank and I was able to open my new account with any issues. I would come to expect from a citi branch. Would not recommend anyone to get discriminated or treated unfairly at any place that offers business. Don’t go to this branch

Terrible customer service!
Wrong working hours displayed at their door.
Forget about going an extra mile to assist a customer they are horrible with that. They know nothing about customer service. -NOTHING!
Terrible bank to invest your money on.
They have no idea what they are doing, people working there are not trained to operate a bank, I always lost my International fly because first I was at the bank at 9: 00Am (as display at their door) and they opened at 10: 00Am!
And then, nobody knew how I could received my money (from another country) that I have transferred a month ago.
Prospect clients, stay away!

Beware of anateresa Rivera Assistant branch manager very nasty and unprofessional Employee at Citibank in Aventura fl I tried to open up a business account and it felt like going to the airport dealing with tsa after this whole Process they kept asking for more and more documentation it’s bad Enough I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to talk to someone at the bank And to be treated nasty by Manager for complaining about all this Process then I asked The assistant branch manager if she had a manager above her she told me no with a Attitude I asked two times and same answer I found out later on that day that she lied to me that she did have a manager above her called Sergio so I wouldn’t trust her she is Deceptive etc I will talk to Sergio branch manager soon this bank needs help badly!

Service is fine, but there is always a VERY long line. Tons of parking and they have a drive through.

Be prepare to wait big time.specially if you need customer assistance!

Is name is Sergio Quintero. The tellers are zuler fast ans although it seems to be a long wait, the branch has plenty of staff and they move fast.

VERY BAD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER 1 HOUR TO ATTEND ME AND THAT SENOR SERGIO INSISTS THAT IT WAS NOT A LONG TIME. IT IS NOT THE EXPECTED SERVICE.

This Banck is terrible the atencion is bad and the new crazy thin they ate doing you have show your complete social security number and tell then you professional position just for a 320$ deposit. This is complete unconstitutional.

I was ready to close my account because the service I received at other branches and over the phone was very poor. However, the reason I decided to stay with Citibank was mainly because of the outstanding service I receive from the entire staff at this location and the great character of the branch manager Sergio.
