Love this branch. I’m a Citipriority client and the service I always get here is outstanding. The branch manager Sergio is always available to help customers, now a days is difficult to find managers that get their hand dirty.

Their customer service is awful! They care more about call model and call control more than customer satisfaction and loyalty! This is why they lost me as a customer.

I'm a client for more than 15 years. I saw how the service was declining more and more.

Long time to see a representative, long waiting time at the cashier, extra charges for everything.each time worse!

I love this branch. Everybody here is so nice. The manager, the bankers, the tellers.

I cant stop raving about this branch.

Ive been to better banks. I kinda just felt ignored. I wish there were more reps.they wanted me to wait in the longest line and getting a manager is nearly impossible. My money shoul dbe working for me but its hard to compete with the 1%.

They always make it a problem to cash a check here.
They make you feel like you have stolen the check. Horrible way to invite posible new customers.
Take the same check at any other branch and no problem.
TO ALL CUSTOMERS! Don't send your clients with one of your checks. They will probably refuse to cash it and you will look awfull. (As if your account has no money).

A very poor organization. STAY AWAY FROM THE MORTGAGE TEAM! The underwriters are extremely incompetent and the sales staff with their managers have complete disregard for customer follow up. Shameful.

It was my first time going to this branch to open an account and they wore really rude to me. There was a long wait and a very bad customer service not recommended
