Overall a good experience. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my 10% off from Ashley but most of the salespeople were friendly.

Had to buy a bedroom set and Zane out if the Boca Raton store took him time showing us around and making sure everything was to our liking and delivery times too! He showed us sets within our price range and never pressured us to buy a higher price one. Zane went above and beyond! Thank you Zane!

Wow Alex was amazing help to me today and service was above and beyond. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need or want and gave me pros and cons of everything I asked about. Will be buying from him again in the next few months. Was so impressed with the quality of items I was shopping for and can’t wait to go back for the other items I will soon be needing.

Initially great help from sales associate in store, but after they secure your purchase this business as a whole could careless about you and backing their product. Purchased nearly 4,000 dollars of items between table and bed frame. Bed frame was delivered with broken wood pieces and chips all throughout. I had hired someone on my own to build the furniture as the 165 or 175 city furniture charges is astronomical for a 4 piece bed frame. When the handyman came to build the bed frame he was unable to do so because it was in such poor condition and all the dowels were way to small for the holes (as if they weren’t even meant for the item). I reached out to city furniture within 24 hours as this is all they give you if you don’t buy there nonsense delivery and build plan.

I requested the item to be exchanged and someone sent to now build it as I have already paid once and it was unable to be done due to the mistake CITY FURNITURE made. They really could careless and told me I should have bought the build plan from them as they would have noticed the mistake and fixed it. This is the most moronic thing I have ever heard. The build plan is not so you can be a useless company, it is meant to build the furniture for people who so desire. City furniture is now making me wait to two weeks for an exchange and will not assemble the 4 piece bed frame. Awful company stay away. Even El Dorado is better. Have an entire house to go and won’t step back in the junk yard city furniture is and awful customer service.

First and foremost I have purchased from City, Ashkey and all the way back to water bed city.
This experience was different as i wasn't hounded from second i walked in throughout. You may think thats bad but its actually great. When i needed help i got a manager and within minutes had made my purchase with all questions answered. The only caveat for me is the ridiculous delivery charges.
Other than that was my most enjoyable experince.

Hopefully I like the furniture because the purchasing process was totally disappointing! Our sales representative didn’t listen, took forever to place the order and never even gave us a thank you!
This is one hire you can do without.

I went to the City Furniture location in Boca Raton to resolve an issue that began at the Cutler Bay store. The level of service and customer care I received from Zane was beyond any expectation on my part. He listened to my problem and helped me resolve it on the spot. Had some IT issues and called me back as promised the next day and now I'll be getting my delivery on Thursday. The Cutler Bay store on the other hand lied to me, sent the bedroom set piecemeal and in the end the beds were discontinued but I was never informed.
Zane again was amazing.

We were looking for outdoor furniture and City Furniture has a lot of nice options at fair prices. Our sales person, Omar was great - he introduced himself to us when we came in and then let us browse, but periodically checked on us - perfect service. The only thing I was not happy about was the high delivery charge, it was 15 - 17% of the purchase price, so we opted for our items to be delivered in boxes and left in the lobby of our place - with assurances that we would be notified they were on their way. Nothing needs to be put together so it’s seems crazy to spend that much money for items that will come out of the box and do not need assembling.

Great selection and overall experience. Ask for Ronnie! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us furnish our home at a great price. We will be coming back!

Furniture I used to know it's not the same everything changed to me it doesn't meet my expectation

The place is very nice but I'm a little older person and don't really care for the new colors and styles but other than that it's a very nice clean store with a lot of nice things for young contemporary people

Dining chair leg snapped after 4 month due to a manufacturing defect (staples used in wood construction), and CityFurniture made me pay 60$ for delivery exchange. Very dissatisfying customer service.

Shocking this time. 1 1/2 years ago nice. This time fabric on floor model sofa seats wrinkled just from sitting and showroom disorganized. By far the worst one of the stores we visited in two days. We now will make living room and dining room purchase elsewhere.

Our sales person Cindy was awesome! Atrentive, patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to complete our purchases.

The shopping experience at City Furniture was absolutely amazing! Jess Jospeh is so pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. She honestly changed my entire view of furniture shopping. I would highly recommend!

Worst experience ever first attempted delivery they forgot parts so they were not able to finish delivery 2nd attempted delivery my 18 year old son was told he did not look old enough so they canceled my delivery I will never shop with city furniture again
