She is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable with the inventory.but, most of all, Cindy listened to my specific needs of what I was looking for and found the perfect fit for me. We would highly recommend Cindy to our friends and neighbors without hesitation. Her attention to detail is what customer service is all about.

This company has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service on the planet! Every time I have tried to deal with this company it has turned into a huge fiasco. Seriously, I have never been as disgruntled or hated a company as much as I do City Furniture. I have now been sitting on hold for 30 minutes waiting on a customer service representative to answer the phone! GET YOUR SH** TOGETHER CITY FURNITURE!

Great service, fast delivery. Was in store on Saturday and furniture delivered and set up on Monday. Worked with Dan Silver who was very friendly and helpful. No reservation in recommending Dan or City Furniture

I went to City Furniture to buy a few things and had the pleasure of meeting Michelle De Vera who helped me with my purchases. I kind of knew what I was looking for but I needed someone with more expertise to take the lead and tell me what items would work for me and why. Michelle did that. I could tell she was not only knowledgeable, but also honest, caring and genuine. She made my shopping experience a true pleasure. Thank you!

Ava did such a great job helping us find the perfect item. She even thought to tell me I could get an extra reclining spot in our couch so two people can recline sitting together. Genius!

Worst furniture experience ever. Had to have the dresser replaced 3 times, drawers from other piece's multiple times due to not fitting or being broken. Cabinet hinges not working properly on All pieces.
Customer service and satisfaction are out the window. Hours spent on the phone, had to drive to Tamarac location or wait weeks for replacements. Delivery guys refused to set up furniture even with the premium delivery (full setup). Photos posted of problems and repair work.
