Kia cats are defective and they don't fix the issues in a timely manner. Poor communication and poor service. Save your money a big wheel is better then Kia

Stop don't buy, great on paper but the service department is not doing anything for you. You get car that breaks down a year later. Warranty covers alternator but not battery. If your a mechanic or not if alternator goes bad it kills battery. They work hand on hand. Service department desperate is in need of training.

If you want to have a true good experience when buying a new or used car, look no further. City Kia on 441 and Taft Vineland, is your place. I bought a Camaro used car. Look for Carlos Sánchez. This sales guy truly care about his customer. No games, no tricks, no pushing, no hours to tired your mind. It was fast and to the point. I ask for the outdoors price and he didn't hesitate to go and come back with an offer that got me right there to buy the car. He committed to take care of me thru the all process. He provide me with his personal phone number and 2 days later I had to contact him and he answered to me. Thank you Carlos. It was exactly the way I wanted to do business.

Very disappointed with the service. I've been getting the run around by different people for buying a new car. They promise to get back to you but never do. If you don't want the business, just say so.

Two and 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment! One to one and a half hours promised. Crowded waiting room with sludge for coffee, cheap hotdogs, tv with City Kia ads, and massage chairs that bruised my lower back. Next change (which is no charge I must admit) I will drop off car and come back. I must say the service advisors were very friendly.

Let me start that on 12/30/17 I bought a pre-owned KIA Rio and the only regret that I have is that I should have got it new. Now today 12/31/19 a year and 1 day later I trade it the Rio for a 2019 Forte and let tell you that the people at City Kia are one of the most professional I've ever dealt with. They bent over backwards to make my deal come thru. I am very happy to purchase this car and I'll tell you if you come to City Kia you'll be satisfy also. Thanks to all at City Kia

I've been going to this dealership for 6 years and purchased 2 new cars from City Kia. I have slowly watched the decline in customer service. The managers and employees have nothing but excuses but never any solutions. The service department never follows through on requests for information nor do they follow up when they say they are going to contact the company. I most likely will go elsewhere for my next car purchase

Customer service is not the same anymore especially who ever was the woman that took care of me. She explained nothing and no people skills. It’s unfortunate because it use to be a great experience receiving service here. I’ve been buying cars and getting service from this location for more than 4 years and I’m very disappoionted. The only part of the visit that I appreciated was the guy (I forget his name) that walks out with you to your car and chats you up. He has always been pleasant.

Car was stolen last month. It was a 2018 Kia Sorento. I went back to the dealership because they reassured me that I would get back into another vehicle. Well got there for them to tell me that I would have to pay 300.00 more per month and that they would not honor the deal that I had just 7 months prior cause that is how long I had the car. Its not like I asked for my car to be stolen. Ugh. I am no longer a customer of Kia and have went elsewhere. I will not refer Kia to no one else

You make an appointment for 1145 am and even get there by 1130am, and it still takes 3 hours to get an oil change. They also used to wash your car with the oil change, but they don't even do that anymore.

Easy car buying experience, great service department, all around extraordinary at City Kia. I bought my car there about a year ago and just took it in for service on Thursday and I couldn’t be more pleased. Had movies playing in the waiting room, free massage chairs, snacks, and fresh popcorn available if wanted. Not to mention, for everything I had done during my service there wasn’t a long wait time. Great great great

Went in the have my A/C checked and some recall work. Half way through waiting I was called in to lol at some new cars. After almost 2 hours of being haggled to death and telling the sals people no time after time I end up finding out that they don’t have any loaner cars for me to drive while my car sits over the weekend. Worst visit to a dealership I’ve ever had.

This place keeps lying to my family on the second car they purchased. This isn't over we are returning the car if they don't fix the issue. Reporting them or suing on false terms.liars.liars.

Taking advantage of Spanish people when they don't know if a car has a backup camera or not. This place needs to be shutdown. Worst liars in the car business.

And the first time we purchased a vehicle, they rerouted the survey CSI email to another email address to avoid us taking the survey because they knew they are horrible human beings.

The worst part of this is I'm in the car business and I know the process and this dealership is by far the worse!

The strongest people do not pressure you and buying a vehicle they're very polite and they follow up make sure everything's okay with your vehicle I'll call you a couple times within the first month after buying a vehicle and they have a lot of extras that you can purchase at decent prices

My reason for the 4 star it’s simple I was there with my son and the movie that was been played was a rated R movie with lots of cursing. I had to walk out few times or cover my son eats

I cannot believe the service dept does not have evening and weekend hours at all. Bummer I had to get my oil change done at one of the quick oil service places. You have to have your car there by 4pm. Come on people are at work at that time. Very very disappointed

I have to amend this review. The other day I stopped by the Kia dealer because I was having a problem with my bluetooth connection. I went up to the service department and the person at the desk asked me what I needed right away and was able to come right out to the car and show me how to reset the bluetooth connection. I was complaining to them about the service hours and that I could not get there until after work. The Service Manager told me to schedule a dropoff anytime I needed to service the car and they would pay for an Uber to get me to work and one to get me back to the dealer once the car was ready! I thought that was a great idea and I need to go in soon for an oil change and I will do just that.
Due to this department's helpful representatives and their very friendly manner I will amend my rating of this dealer service department to 5 stars
