23We went at the time scheduled and they took good care of us. They even have a massage chair we both felt in love and wanted to take home with us. They were all very courteous and professional.
They are always fast and courteous and so the job right the first time. I've only been there twice for maintenance and they offer plenty of things to do while waiting for your car to be completed. They offer you breakfast foods and a shuttle service that'll take you to the mall or other places of your pleasure as long as it's not too far away. They have full body massage chairs for you to sit in, but they ask you to take your shoes off to use them so people wash your feet lol.the service manager oscar is excellent at customer service and always compliments the cleanliness of my car each and every time. Way to go city kia of Orlando!
Every time I try to make a service appointment they're booked out for 5+ days. Even when my car is unsafe to drive they cant even fit me in if I leave my car parked there for multiple days. Get with the program and get more mechanics. Clearly there's demand. Makes me not want to buy another kia.
