I love this place they do an amazing gel manicure that would literally last me for a month looking fresh!

Terrible service! I went in to get my Nexgen nails fixed and one of the employees pretty much kicked me out. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this was terrible/embarrassing!

Don't wash their pedicure bowls. Rush through your nails. The guy that works there is RUDE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

GO SEE KIM! I have been searching for a good nail salon for over 5+ years! I have been going to Kim for a few months now. My nails NEVER! Break, she takes her time and she is professional

DON'T GO! I went for a polish change for my toes and they want to charge a extra $3 just to cut it down and shape it. This is the first place I've been that does not include these things in a polish change. They also had a huge spider crawling around the drying area. Don't waste your time or money it isn't worth it he customers service is WACK they honestly don't even deserve a star

This place needs to work on hygne! No covers for pedicure bowls.asked her to clean it and she rised it with water. No cleaning product! The orange finger tips used to remove Nexgen had old USED cotton balls inside and she still placed it on my finger. On top of all of this my nails came out ugly. Decided to try something new. I'll just stick to what I know!

I took my daughter.before I read these reviews. Glad I did.the people were so nice and professional.
6 stars from us. No up charges my daughter messed up a nail they re-did it for free. So I know there are a lot of City Nails maybe that is the confusion.but the one at · 10287 Okeechobee Blvd, Was awesome. Thank you Tina

Smh, Horrible! Never again, Unprofessional, and the quality of nail work is poor. Very disappointing!

The WORST place possible to get your nails done. Went in to get a fill and pedicure, pedicure was alright but my acrylics could have been done better by a 10 year old. She completely rushed through the whole thing just to sit there after on her phone. Not to mention everyone there was EXTREMELY RUDE. My nails look like crap. If i could i'd give them a negative rating. Not to mention how FILTHY the entire business is.

Absolutely horrible! Do not waste your time and money here. Customer service is horrible, staff is rude. Iv come here multiple times and never walk out satisfied. Never coming back again.
