Club Prado Apartments, Miami FL

Began my leasing term back in January 2021. Thus far, my wife and I have been extremely content with our choice. We love all of the amenities they have to offer, from having access to a 24 hours gym, to the beautiful pool / bbq area, to the beautiful sunsets we get to enjoy from our balcony view. If you’re looking for a new place to live, make sure to contact Lauren and/or Maria from the management team they have been spectacular from day 1 and exceeded on our expectations. It’s going to be 2 years that I’ve lived here and I’d recommend it to anyone. The amenities are great and controlled with Covid precaution, location is the best. My 2/2 apartment is spacious and cheaper than my friends who live in nearby buildings. The other residents in this building are nice and the staff is even nicer. Maintenance is always solved the same day.

Honestly it’s a good place but 1.the walls are paper thin they charge too much and the office put the rent up durI got quarantine anytime you want to do something yo can’t you get mail thing to say that you get a warning so don’t be fooled by its beauty

From the moment I made an appointment to see a unit, they were extremely welcoming. Each unit is beautiful. Management staff very friendly and attentive. Lauren made my leasing process super easy and I didn't have any issues. The area and price, cant beat that! I am very happy with my decision.

I’ve lived here for the past three years and I’m very happy at Club Prado. Love the service and the building is always clean and well maintained. Management team is welcoming and very professional, feels like family. When ever an issue arises, Management always resolves. I’ve lived in many apartment buildings thru out my life and nothing supersedes Club Prado! You can’t blame Management for others bad behaviors and disrespect. With that being said, hope to continue living here a long term.

Great place to live, unfortunately my first day I got my car towed from the garage and management never help me out. A year later, I am still waiting to hear from management about my reimbursement for the tow.

Ana and her staff of ladies in the office are amazing! Made my move in quick and hassle free. I would definitely recommend Club Prado! Pet friendly and also a great living experience and surroundings.

Club Prado is an amazing community and residence managed by a great team. Whether it’s access, repairs or community concerns, management is on top of it and always making sure we feel comfortable and cared for. A+ building and super star staff. Love living here

Let me begin by saying to those planning to move here, that by far this is the best apartment complex in the area. As an officer I'm constantly responding to calls to other buildings in the area, but barely to club prado. The management team does a great job in keeping the place clean and enjoyable. Great customer service and overall a safe place to live!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!
My girlfriend and I moved in here the end of January and since then it's been horrible. It was a last minute thought but now we regret it. This place charges way.too much money for pet fees, rent, and the late charges. The elevators are always broken, the garage doors are always broken and it's a crime ridden city so we feel unsafe having our cars exposed (my friend who lives here even said someone broke into his car during the night.). Our apartment came with a broken sink head that doesn't retract back and I've asked to get it fixed, and maintenance never fixed it. Also, my girlfriend was drying our bathroom rug on the balcony and it fell on the roof, and right away we called the desk to see if maintenance could get it and they said they would and we've reminded them multiple times and they retrieved it but never returned it to us.

Home sweet home! My husband and I just moved into an apartment at Club Prado in West Miami, and our experience has been thoroughly positive. Elizabeth on the management team has been the key to making this a great experience. She has an easy-going demeanor and an incredible work ethic. She always follows up and makes us feel she is looking out for us. Ana and Maria are terrific, too. As for the building, this complex is one of only a few apartments in the area, and is by far the most modern. The amenities are beautiful and the diligent staff keeps the spaces clean and inviting. It is surrounded mostly by homes, so we feel like we are part of an old-school neighborhood where people stroll, walk their dogs, and still greet one another. We are even happier here than we originally imagined. If you are looking for a spot in West Miami, we highly recommend looking into renting at Club Prado.

Would not use luxury to describe these apartments. They advertise having a lot of amenities for their residents, but the amenities don't work most of the time. Even after requesting for things to be fixed, it does't get done. Needs better management.

Wonderful place, beautiful to make photo sessions. It is a very interesting place that has great historical value for Coral Gables, It is next to Club Prado Apartments

Elizabeth Brunely was exceptional. From the time she met us the first time until the time she handled us the keys of our unit. She made the process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure we received the best costumer service possible and the best rate. Would definitely recommend her.

I fell in love with the building and apartment at first sight.

The ladies in the management office are outstanding. The building public areas are always clean and neat. What is that fragrance you guys use in the lobby? Smells wonderful.

The amenities are state of the art and second to none in the city. The neighbors are great! I have not met anyone not courteous and pleasant.

The community is dog friendly and many residents have pets. What’s great is I can walk the dog and both Maria and Elizabeth know her by name and always take time out to pet her.

The management team will often have events that bring the residents together for networking and conversation. Many times they allow residents to promote there respective business and/or profession. This proves they are engaged and concerned with helping all residents achieve success.

Five Star Team and 5 Star Building

My wife and I moved into these apartments, because we were not ready to buy a place in Miami after moving from out of state. So far we agree that this complex has many benefits. It's in a relatively convenient location, with most of life's necessities within walking distance (for example there is a Publix, a few restaurants and a few bars within 5-10 minute walk). Since we moved here from out of state, being close to the airport is a huge bonus as we are constantly going to see friends and family. The building boosts several amenities, including a small gym, pool hot tub and steam room.
The actual apartments are nice and fairly modern. A huge selling point for us was that not only could we have a nice place to live in, but we didn't have to get rid of my wife's beloved cats.
If you are looking for a place to live that is nice, and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami I would recommend living here. I strongly urge those who are looking to talk to Elizabeth in the front, she is amazing!

My wife and I fail in love with the beautiful luxury apartments. However, we had the worst experience with Elizabeth in the front office. We drove five and a half hours and we got there 2 minutes before closing due to traffic conditions. Since we had an Appointment, we called 30 minutes prior to that and she will not wait for us to see the apartment. So we came the next day and she was extremely rude and unprofessional! We were extremely shocked at how argumentative she was. She definitely changed our minds about moving in. What a disappointment is was!

I’ve been living here now for 5 months and I can honestly say, it’s been an expirience compared to no other. I love this building and as a police officer I most certainly love serving for the management company, it has been a pleasure. I take care of this beautiful building and the residents are grateful to see me around. Everybody is very friendly and the building is always kept spotless. The team onsite works very hard to strive for the best customer service and to make every bodies stay here an outstanding one! This building is highly recommended and you will feel like home!

I know a friend who lived there for two months and they suffered horrible water leak and flooding into the bedroom due to bad construction of the roof. They had to sleep with windows and balcony open, smell of mildew.
HONESTLY, if you are considering moving in there, DONT.

Beautiful buiding, super clean well located but very poor residents treatment by the assistant manager by the name of Maria Fernandez she will promise you lots of things just for you to sign in but once under contract she will treat you like you are her worst enemy, disrespectful and very arrogant grand peaks should be ashamed of having someone like her as part of their staff I wish my husband had listen to me before renting from them a month ago and I am not the only one complaining about that employee lots of people living there have had their share of problems with her as well
