Club Prado Apartments, Miami FL

I've visited this property over 4 times. As my friend has been living there over two years and I can't say anything else than, I love this property. If I didn't live out of the state, my home would be this building. Every time I visit Miami, I stay over with my friend and I cant get enough of the amenities. The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to accommodate their residents and visitors. I've had the most encounter with the Assistant Manager she's such a sweet heart has made me feel so welcomed. Elizabeth is also great, she's given me great places to go around Miami I cant deny she hasn't let me down not once and the manager she is extremely nice. The building is always kept clean, there's the little stuff here and there but you know, not every thing is perfect. I highly recommend this place is one of a kind and is in the middle of Miami where you easy access to everything, restaurants, nightlife entertainment, parks, airport, highway!

Leasing office lady asked to wait outside while helping other customers! Right after that she started seeing walking in customers and totally forgot about me! When I reminded her she said can you wait more!

Club Prado is the best place to live in Miami. The apartments are nice, with great views of Miami and Coral Gables, great amenities and the building is very clean. The Management office is friendly and a helpful team. Highly recommended!

Club Prado has been the ideal luxury residence to preside in with the perfect location, nestled between Miami and Coral Gables, a stones throw from the airport. For my two years here the property has always been pristine and the lovely girls in the office and the entire staff make me smile.
Have not had any problems here other then not having enough time to lay out at the pool and be consistent in the gym. I guess those complaints are on me.
Maria is a beast and so is Ana. Together they run a happy building with the rest of the crew.

I wanted to wait a few months to give an accurate review, and actually, I am very pleased living at Club Prado. The building amenities are excellent, the areas are kept super clean, every thing in the building is brand new. It overlooks Coral Gables for a fraction of the price. The staff and front office is always very helpful and accomodating. I read the other reviews before moving in and most of the negative ones are really exagerrated. I have never seen "cats in the parking garage" etc. (P.s. "The rent is super high"? Welcome to Miami my friends!) Great place to live!
