22I had a appointment set up because I was in pain every time I would eat or take a bite and couldn’t take it anymore. So I am sure to mention this to the assistant and the doctor over and over. They take my X-rays and waited. Doctor comes in an exams my left side teeth and realize I have a whole in my tooth. But again my pain was on my right side as I told the assistant. And when he was finish checking my left side of my mouth. I stated specifically that that was my good side and the right is my painful side. He was informed it was only my left but I told him its my right. So this doctor didn’t believe and uses one of his instruments he had and banged it across my bad tooth on the right! It caused me so much pain all my right jaw was in excruciating pain now. Then finally he notice my bad tooth and recommended to have it extracted. I personally believe there are other options such as a root canal but that would mean I have to go to an orthodontist and they wouldn’t benefit from that. I didn’t feel I was educated at all or provided with much options and cared for from the doctor, the assistant did her part in what she needed to do. Just didn’t like my care that day.
