Called in reference to 2 recalls. They stated “all” Subaru dealers were on back order. Received email fro North Lauderdale Subaru today, they have parts available. Service recall is scheduled for July 5. Not a fan of Coconut Creek and still am not.

Have always used these guys never had an issue. Now I do, and they are dragging their feet getting it revolved costing me $. This needs to be resolved ASAP, otherwise get ready for a 3 star avg rating.

Had a really great experience here recently with Bryan Cano. My dad was looking for a car. He's an older gentleman and needs some additional help/explanations, and Bryan was UNBELIEVABLY patient with him (and me) throughout the entire process. He treats people with respect, understanding and compassion - you can tell it's more than just about a transaction for him. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a human experience when buying a car, he's top notch!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Plenty of other Subaru dealers in town I recommend looking elsewhere before this place. I have bought a dozen cars and this was easily the worst experience. Rude customer service, Nickel and dimed us, and was kept waiting for two hours in between making my deal and signing The paperwork. Highly disappointed in this dealership especially because they claim to be the lowest price in town. Not True

My family and specifically my parents, are on their 3rd Subaru and overall they are happy with the brand.
However, they are not at all happy with the service department at this dealership. Apparently they were strung along with a few repair attempts on a leaking A/C System before the dealership actually found the problem and fixed it. Another time they called about a disabled (dead battery) vehicle and the dealership did not return their call. Both of this problems were for a late model Subaru.

I ordered parts on phone, was told special order, i gave them the part number, they still ordered wrong part and i had to wait a whole week just to find out they ordered something completly different, wow they said sorry, how does that help. Sorry is about the most useless word in America. Its an un professional word, Just want my parts

My 2012 Impreza had an engine recall and needed a new part. I brought it in several times over the course of 3 months and was told (in person) that they did not have the part or someone who could do the work. I had scheduled appointments for the work all three times. A simple phone call would have been enough to let me know to not bring the car in, but instead they had me show up each time and take time out of my day to be told "sorry. " Once they had the part and took my car in I waited two weeks for the fix. During that time I was given a rental car. I gave them a $150 deposit that I thought I would get back once I dropped the car off. I have not received the deposit back. I have reached out several times and the response I got was that the manager is "working on it. " Very unprofessional. I asked for a contact phone number and was ignored. This is not the only bad experience I have had but feel it was enough to write this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Find a different dealership.

My experience was exceptional. Jose Dominguez was professional and knowledgable. The person who finalized the paperwork was efficient and very helpful, and I came away with more than I was expecting. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great place, greatd customer service! I've been coming to Coconut Creek Subaru for 4-5 years, and the service had always been excellent, and the Subaru team had always been professional. I dont consider changing the dealership soon and would recommend this service center!

Had a great experience working with Bruno G.to purchase our car. He was exceptionally accommodating and very straightforward with us throughout the entire process. If you are buying from Coconut Creek Subaru, you HAVE to ask for Bruno. You will not be disappointed with the service he provides! Left the lot with a beautiful car for a great price, all thanks to our pal Bruno!

Amazing experience Koodoo's to the general manager on such an amazing team starting with Gus and ending with Damian what a team it was smooth from the 1st phone call to the delivery
The store has prestiged And honesty. And that is hard to fine. Sometimes it's worth traveling just to get to the right store

I decided to get my subaru outback serviced here. The staff is friendly and they have a comfortable waiting area where you can bring your laptop and charge your phone while you wait. It has water fountains, and a vending machine as well.

I've been buying cars with Rodrigo for 6 years now.started when he was at Mitsubishi, after that Hyundai and now Subaru. He is really friendly and reliable guy! I trust him to help me chosing my cars and what's is better for me and my partner. We leave the store always happy with our cars.
Last time, Ed help us on Subaru! He is realy nice and honest! Loved the experience I too!
I'll be there again in a few years!

At first I noted poor service, but Manager got the situation resolved quickly and promised at all future visits would not encounter the same problem. Appreciated the managers quick follow up as well as his thoughtful and very helpful suggestion (s) to resolve the issue.

Excellent service contact from start to finish. Clear description of what is to be done to fix the problem. Accurate estimate of how long it will take to complete. Courteous and knowledgeable employees. I love my Subaru Outback!

Want to read a funny story? Loyal King customer buys two cars from King Auto and returns to buy a third. Sincere salesman appraises trade in at $25,000.00 (after consulting with those in the inner office). Customer returns a few days later to purchase car, test drives it again. Starts the process of assessing the final cost.and is told the A6 Audi is only worth $15,000.00. This story is so funny that it should be posted. Don't you think-What a waist of time. What a sad way to do business.

I had such a great experience at Coconut Creek Subaru. Chris Fischer was our salesman. He was wonderful to work with. Jose made the financial part actually fun! From start to finish, it was a great experience. I am so happy with my car!
