30HARASSING CALLS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- Mid Dec 2017 I put in a email request about a car. From then till now Lydia from the dealer called 7 times leaving me voice mails to see if I was looking for a car. I've asked them to please stop calling and that I am no longer interested but they just keep calling.
My husband and I were looking for new car. We’ve been to 3 dealerships of Subaru and 6 in total. If you are tired from rushing, pushing and sales sharks - Subaru in Coconut Creek is your choice! Ask for Ryan Patterson - it’s the best what can happen to you! Very professional, informative, easy to work with and simply awesome person! It was actual pleasure to work with this dealership! So if you’re a fan of Subaru - you know where to go;)
Finally had to retire my second Subaru outback yesterday and purchased by third one from Coconut Creek Subaru. Ryan was my salesperson and he did an outstanding job. The whole experience was hassle free. I left having a thorough overview of the new features of the car and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan specifically!
Service department is garbage. Tried to take my car in for an oil change and to change the bulb in my headlamp. Wanted to charge me $800 to replace the bulb.
I've only been to this dealership twice. First was a warranty GPS screen replacement and the second an oil change. These guys charged almost 50.00 in labor to replace an air filter and incabin filter on top of the already inflated filter prices. Won't be going back!
Rep Berman Sanchez is The Best! I placed a cold call for help and he answered right away, was very helpful with info and a car fax. He set me up with a beautiful Forester.
