I forgot who was the manager and sales man that helped us 3yrs ago. But purchased an 18 Nissan Altima midnight edition in 2018 January! By far the best Nissan dealership I have ever been to! From sales to service they do their job completely. I moved to a different state and the quality of service is not the same just know when I’m ready to buy a new Nissan Murano platinum edition im traveling all the way to you guys!

Always fixes my problems and I always wait on my car and never have to wait very long. Richard is great Service Rep. Very friendly and always addresses the problems or concerns I have.

I'm going to leave my original review below however, after several issues post purchase I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 3.
Luke, still a great sales representative and I recommend him.
If you must return to sign any documents twice for whatever reason, BE SURE TO CHECK OVER THE DOCUMENTS PAGE BY PAGE AND LINE ITEM BY LINE ITEM. Once I was able to sit down and go through the documents page by page, I realized on the 2nd contract they added "Resist All" to the contract line items. Which changed the overall amount financed + $1,000.

When I called and spoke to the manager Brendan, I expressed that mistakes happen and because of my original experience, I did not feel like it was something shady. But merely a simple clerical mistake. He didn’t think it could be removed at that point, so I asked for proof that the “resist all” was actually installed on the vehicle. He could not. When discussing the overall cost with the sales representative, I was given the option to add the resist all but I initialed to remove it so the cost of the vehicle would be lower.
After several calls to them to get this rectified, I was told that the contract documents were submitted and unfortunately it could not be removed at that time. The last thing I was told was that they would cut a check to the lender for the resist all.
I also have not received my tag renewal sticker in the mail and my temporary tag is about to expire tomorrow.
Another thing worth mentioning is the car I purchased did not have rear door speakers. Which isn't something I noticed when test driving the vehicle and I am unhappy with. Come to find out, Nissan does not offer an upgraded package to add rear door speakers to this specific vehicle. Nor is the vehicle pre-wired for speakers to be installed. So, I would need to take the car to an aftermarket speaker place and pay them to wire and install two rear door speakers. There is that $1,000 resist all money.
I would not say that I don't recommend them after all of these negative post purchase experiences, however, I would highly recommend double and triple checking any documents that they request you to initial or sign. I take part of the responsibility because I failed to go over the 2nd contract line item by line item. But because my initial experience felt honest and professional, I did not expect something like that to occur. Do yourself a favor and do not make that mistake. You just might regret it.

After going to several dealerships around town, I wish I would have started at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues.
Hands down the customer service at this dealership is a 10/10! Highly recommend anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. Don't even waste your time at other dealerships with the vulture-like mentality, hard sales pitches and pressure to sign without having your questions answered.
We made an appointment and went in around noon. Test drove two vehicles that I was interested in. Chose the one that was right for me. This place was unlike any dealership I had been to in the last couple of weeks. From the Sales Manager Brendan, to our Consultant Luke (who was excellent by the way), to the finance manager Mike who went above and beyond to get us the best rate! Every single person we came in contact with was professional, personable and extremely helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. This was my first car purchase and I must say I was not overwhelmed by the process working with this group of professionals. I received a great deal on a certified pre-owned vehicle. The interest rate was excellent and better than expected. They honored the listed price online, there was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch from these guys. It was truly effortless and I never thought I would feel that comfortable making such a decision.
I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and if we're ever in the market for another vehicle in the future, which I'm sure we will be, we will not waste our time going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. I went in looking at options for EVs and Brett helped me get into a new EV that met all my needs! Cannot recommend enough. Everyone made me feel really comfortable and I love my car too.

It wasn't a bad experience, my service rep was really great in his communication and updates, the displeasing part was that there was a nail in my tire that I did request to have plugged however, apparently whatever the process is for that, there was another part of my tire that was totally damaged which required me to have to get a new tire anyway (i didn't purchase the new tire from you guys) but it was dissatisfying for that to have not been noticed prior to the tire being plugged that i still have to pay for the plug then turn around and pay for a tire. It would have been great if that was caught prior because i would not have agreed to the plug had i known the entire tire was in fact, bad.

I WANT TO SINGLE OUT Luke Hollander for his honesty, knowledge and sincere effort in helping me with my purchase of my new Rogue Sport. I WILL recommend Luke to all my friends and anybody who is interested in buying a Nissan. Luke listened to us, answered my many questions in an understanding way. He did not try to SELL us, he did not try to push the sale! Luke wanted to help us to be happy with our informed choice and decision.

I visited this place for buying a used car.they showed me one and next day I'm ready to buy and visited 2nd time.the price is not discussed, for test ride they asked my details and asked me to sign the consent to run credit check after test ride and negotiation. I received messages that they already ran my credit check with 3 bureaus.now they started playing games.
1.they said the car I liked is sold.
2.they ran a Hard check on my history3 times
3.they denied to give me the application I signed.
4.they want to sell a brand new car or one expensive used they have.
5. I spoke to their finance manager and he was rude, arrogant.
6.he is trying to teach me about credit checks which I'm into from last 14 years and I'm more qualified than him in this industry.
7.their sales rep charles is new and no knowledge about anything.he can't even answer my questions.
I lost 11 points of my credit history for a car which is not exist and no sale happened.

STAY AWAY from them and don't provide information until you get the prices and other paperwork completed for your good.
I educated my friends and family before the Thanksgiving so they don't get ripped off.their Finance manager is insane and comes to you with a wicked smile and sarcasm.
I don't visit them and recommend.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have had terrible experience in the past with car dealerships and oil changes and service in general. This is the only place I can go that I don’t worry they’re ripping me off, they have a very casual approach and make you feel at ease. They keep you updated every step of the way and honestly do such a good job. I’m so glad they remember me there and are so kind every time. They never pressure me to get anything done and working with Casey has been very positive and helpful.

I was originally looking for late model Nissan Frontier with low mileage but decided to ask for an internet pricing on a new Frontier. I was contacted by Kaitlin Erickson with a quote who was a great help for me in the process. I received a fair offer for trade in (I usually sell my replaced vehicles myself) and a great offer on the new Frontier as there are many discount programs going on now. I am very happy with my new Frontier. Call Kaitlin a call.

First time visiting this Nissan dealer. Scheduled oil change online. Everything went as scheduled. Got to watch a movie in comfortable seats while I waited. Staff was friendly.

Go to another Nissan! They add $2 grand of options you don't need to give you a little better discount. I'll decide what options I want, thank you. Daytona has a larger selection with better prices & doesn't play that game.
